I was referred to Dr Koo by my optometrist. My appointment started on time and I was greeted by a very friendly, professional staff. I was concerned that I may have an eye problem that could have been serious. Dr Koo tested me thoroughly and made sure that I understood everything before I left her office. I am relieved knowing that I am in such capable hands.
Interestingly I noticed a brochure for Botox while I was there. I had always gone to a dermatologist or «spa type» practice for this treatment. It had never occurred to me that of course it makes perfect sense to have this treatment around my eyes done by an eye doctor! I can report that this was the very first time that I have received this treatment by someone new, and didn’t have «Cruella» or pointy eyebrows. It was perfect! I also feel that her pricing for this service is very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back to Dr. Koo. She is very friendly, answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. Easily 5 stars!
