We would go 5+ if we could! My mom asked me to post this review: I had a complicated prescription with my new glasses (after cataract surgery and needing prisms). The staff at this and the Tanforan location were outstanding! Thorough, compassionate, and determined to do their jobs the best way possible. I highly recommend both stores. Both the customer service and lab technicians personally introduced themselves and spent how ever long it took to get the situation solved with patience, caring and professionalism.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. I usually avoid big chains for glasses because I remember working at one myself 25 years ago and had no idea what I was doing. But it is clear that LensCrafters has a training program and the associates know their products! The kid that helped me Matt or Max (?) explained things to me about lenses that no one ever did and I’ve been buying glasses for myself and family for years!
Great customer service! Keep it up!

Had my exam with LensCrafters
My eye doctor was Dr Neufeld and Patricia was the one checking me in and doing the first part of screening
Checked in a little early. No wait for appointment time. Patricia was very friendly and helpful
Dr Neufeld (spelling) was great. Exam was great
I would have to say one of my best eye exams ever. They made it fun too. From checking in to pre check stuff to exam itself
