So I had a bad first two experiences with this location as the regularly deliver to my hotel. The Papa Johns owners saw this and gave me a promo code to get a free large pizza. This was a nice incentive so I gave it another shot… andddddd it took them one and a half hours to deliver the pizza. I ordered at 7:30 and they delivered at 9:10. This in itself deserves one star. The pizza was warm but it had obviously been sitting cuz it was well… warm like someone say on it kinda warm. The pizza itself was ok at best. I’d give the pizza two stars as it was better than the first two times by far but still not up to par with even Costco pizza… I promise I’m telling the truth. Anyways…2 stars.
Update 1÷25÷15.
The crew is definitely working to win me and my guests back. They have given us a few coupons for free pizzas and regularly hook us up with other little gestures. This earns them the highly coveted third Unilocal star.

Rainy day, needed lunch for my employees. Called at 10:30, I ordered early taking in to consideration that everyone will be ordering pizza on this wet day. 2 hours later, I’m just getting our delivery. I’m disappointed that it took so long but I’m very appreciate of the level of professionalism that was displayed. They were short staffed, can’t do too much about that, but Drew kept me updated every half hour and was very apologetic.
They delivered our original order plus made a couple of fresh ones for us to enjoy, nice and hot! Thank you for making customer service a priority.

My go to delivery place for pizza when I’m too lazy to cook. They have a quick and easy online system to order your pizza and they always have some sort of coupon available online if you search for it.
I usually order their bbq chicken specialty pizza, which has chicken, onions, bacon on top of a bbq pizza.
The pizza orders come with their garlic sauce which is really delicious when paired with the pizza.

Papa johns is one of my favorite pizzas. Their pizza is consistent. I like the flavor and their crust. Their service sucks. Have placed numerous orders online, flawlessly, however, Have never received a pizza in less than an hour. I live less than 10 minutes away. Really? Called to check on status, put on hold for 3 minutes. Was Told by he clerk that he would check on driver and in the same breath, said he should be here soon. Click. That call was 8 minutes ago. Sigh. Today’s pizza was «free» because my last order took so long. Been 65 minutes as I type and still no pizza. I guess it’s time to try round table.

Normally, I would give this place 4 to 5 stars. The pizza is good and you can get some good deals with coupons. I usually order pizza from here every Sunday for football games, but after last Sunday (Dec 20, 2015), I’m ordering from somewhere else.
The delivery person normally calls from their mobile phone because of the gate on our apartments. We come down stairs to accept the pizza.
Last week, I got a call from an irate female wondering why my number was called from her or her boyfriend’s phone. Apparently the delivery guy has a very untrusting girlfriend.
Very unprofessional to be harassing customers like this. I’m not going to be ordering from here again. You lost my business.
Another thing, I bought some Groupons for Papa Johns and they would never honor them. A waste of money.

I like to order the pizza online and come here to pick it up. There are no seats, so expect to just order/​pick up and pay your food and walk out.
The service is okay. They are nice but may tell you to wait when you get there, even though there is no line. While we waited for our order, three other employees also came to the register to ask if we wanted to order. I guess there is little communication between them.
They are pretty quick to prepare your order though, which I like.
The pizza is always great if you like this kind of pizza. I also like the buffalo wings and the garlic knots (these are super super garlicky).
If you’re want to have pizza night, check them out!

Worst pizza ever! I ordered a custom large light sauce pizza last night and these clowns end up giving me a large with extra sauce. Plus I gave these dummies a tip. Lesson learned! If you want a good pizza stick to Speederia, Pizza My Heart, and I hate even saying it but Little Caesars (at least they get the custom orders right).

Horrible service today, I ordered online and the e-​mail said the pizza would arrive in 40 – 50 minutes. After 75 minutes of waiting I called and was put on hold for approximately 10 minutes after the gentleman acknowledged my order I was again put on hold for several minutes… when a knock at the door occurred. My pizza arrived cold and made completely wrong. To say the least my son pulled off all the toppings so he didn’t have to eat the ingredients that weren’t supposed to be on his side. There are to many good pizza places in the area to go to this one!

Worst possible customer service ever. Who ever answers the phones there is barely understandable and when I attempted to double check my order I was told «We are past that what else do you want.» Sounds to me like this location doesn’t care about customer satisfaction in the least. We all have bad days but to be blatantly rude with zero prompting is just beyond me.

After my last issues I was given a credit for the exact same order. Called to cash that in and was told I’d have to pay a delivery fee still. Pushed back and the manager reluctantly agreed to waive it (after claiming multiple times the system «wouldn’t let him») was told at 4:30 it would be here in 35⁄45 minutes. It’s 6 and still no pizza. This place is a joke.

Okay, that’s the last time for me ordering from Papa John’s. The time before was already below expectations, but this time was just sad. I ordered a medium vegi pizza, well-​done, WITH anchovies. What I got was a lukewarm, tough, doughy-​crusted, NOT well-​done pie withOUT anchovies, and I’m sorry, Papa, but we are done-​done.

Terrible Service. My latest experience was similar to Matt A’s review; my pizza was over two hours late. After calling them a third time they told me they attempted delivery and I wasn’t there so they would not be delivering my pizza at all. This struck me as odd because I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment with a dog who makes it impossible to miss someone at the door. All in all I ended up with no pizza that night and figured out something else for food.
My first experience was equally bad where they delivered my pizza 1.5 hours late and they brought the wrong pizza. I was hungry enough not to care enough to make a fuss (only found out after the delivery driver had left) but with these two cases combine I will be forgoing the three strike rule and never ordering from there again.
My recommendation is never order from here, pick just about any place else. If you do order from here, check your food before the driver takes off.

Solid pizza. Just not a mind-​blowing one. Love the brownies and giant chocolate chip cookies. They’re close by, for those nights of working with international teams, so that’s nice too.

Was hosting a pool party, so I knew i had to get some Papa John’s. All my friends hadn’t had it in awhile, so everyone was highly anticipating it. So, I ordered and went to go pick it up.
I scored a free pie because the guy said he messed up on an order — that was pretty sweet, since I didn’t even have to ask for the freebie. Friendly service, and prepared right on time.
And most importantly, everyone’s thought was: «Man, I forgot how good Papa John’s was!»
Now I know where to get my Bay area pizza fix when I can’t have my NY slice!
