I had to have a gum graft this spring, the prospect of which I had been dreading for years as my recession grew worse. But from my first consultation with Dr. Pope, I knew I was in good hands. He and the entire staff are some of the most caring dental/​medical professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Every medical office should make its patients feel so welcomed and reassured!
Dr. Pope explained every step of the process, was honest about what might hurt a bit and how the healing process would be. His regimen of monthly checkups ensured that I was healing properly – and I was because of his great work!
His assistants – Marlon, Zahaira and Wendy – were all very kind and professional. They understood and allayed my fears about the procedure, and patiently answered my many questions leading up to the procedure and afterwards. They were very knowledgeable and if they weren’t certain of something, they conferred with Dr. Pope.
With genuine smiles and professionalism, the front desk team – Audra, Janet and Erica – always made me feel welcomed. They even changed my appointment multiple times to accommodate my shifting work schedule and recovering from the flu. Debbie, in charge of the finances, was clear and flexible, and she, too, felt me feel taken care of.
I hope it’s a long time before I have to have another gum graft or other periodontal work, but if I do, I would absolutely head back to Dr. Pope.

Professionalism that stands out above the crowd… I just had one of the Best dental experience in my life time yesterday with Dr. Brian Pope and his team! I was referred to Dr. Pope from Dr. Kinsel and Swiss Dental Design team… I feel blessed to be working with such true professionals in the Industry. They took excellent care of my dental case from the moment I stepped into the office throughout the procedure, Dr. Pope and his assistants made sure I knew what was happening throughout the process, made sure that I was comfortable and took excellent care of me. The procedure went exceptionally well! It was not painful or uncomfortable like I had anticipated.

When a dental x-​ray showed that I had a cyst in my jaw over two years ago, I saw Dr. Pope for a consultation. He was nice and diagnosed what the cyst was.
I ended up seeing him for the surgery to remove the cyst, which he did with skill and precision. Thanks to Dr. Pope, I didn’t lose any teeth — whew!
I would go back if I had any additional periodontal needs, but thankfully I haven’t needed to see him since the surgical follow-​up about two years ago.
