Freddy Silva is second to none as a trainer. In addition to his boxing knowledge, he has an incredible amount of compassion and wisdom. This is what separates him from run of the mill personal trainers. He’s walked the walk, and he meets you at your level. He’s now expanded to helping people with Parkinson’s Disease. To train with Freddy is more than an experience it really feels like an honor.
