Ruby’s Chinese Daycare

Ruby’s is a great day care. I have sent our daughter there for over a year now. I have been teaching her Japanese since she was born, but her time at Ruby’s has made her Mandarin speaking and understanding surpass her Japanese. I know Ruby does structured learning at her day care as I my daughter will sing songs and recite names of objects around the house and about the town that I have never taught her. When I drop off my daughter in the morning, I can tell she is very excited to see Ruby and her assistant. I really can’t believe the claims the 1 star reviewer has made. I highly recommend Ruby’s and will be sending our 2^nd daughter there shortly.

My daughter has been going to Ruby’s for 1.5 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the care that is provided by Ruby and her colleague. They provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where my daughter thrives. My daughter comes home clean, happy, and well fed. She has developed excellent social skills as well as a good command of the Mandarin language.
Ruby genuinely cares about all of the kids in her care and regularly communicates with parents about their child’s development, health, etc. Needless to say, I am shocked and disappointed to read the previous parent’s 1 star review — based on my personal experience with Ruby and her daycare, I find that account very difficult to believe. In fact, my second child will be starting at the daycare soon, and there are other families who fully trust Ruby to take care of all of their kids. Ruby’s is not the first daycare that I’ve used for my daughter so I understand the differences in quality that families get from different daycares. I feel very fortunate to have found Ruby’s and will continue to send my children there until they are ready for pre-​school.

I used to like this daycare and my son has been there over 1 year until he broke his arm at the daycare. They told me that they don’t know what happen, but after the police investigation and all the X-​rays that came back. The doctors assured me that this is not happened by a simple fall, but someone twisted his arm forcefully. The child care protective center is also involved to investigate this daycare. Also, they have too many kids that they are allowed by their license. Obviously, I pulled my son out of this daycare right away.

This is the best bilingual home daycare I’ve ever run into. I send my 1 year old son to Ruby’s and he’s happy everyday when I pick him up. Ruby treats all the kids like her own. She provides home cooked nutritous meals everyday, and she’s extremely patient with kids. The place is nice and neat, and I feel 100% comfortable leaving my kid with her. I highly recommends this place for whoever wants to have a quality daycare for their kids!
