I met Paul through my Business Referral Network group. At our first meeting we talked in depth about the usefulness/​importance of a presence on LinkedIn. He deligentley took me through LinkedIn’s capabilities and showed me how I could use it for business and personal goals. Prior to our meeting I thought I knew about LInkedIn … but I didn’t. Additionally, Paul’s service extends way beyond just resumes. This is actually the reason I’m here writing a review. Today I ended salary negotiations with a great company and with Paul’s help/​coaching I successfully navigated the negotiation process and accepted a position where the compensation is in my favor. Paul literally read my email correspondence with the company and gave me real time feed back. That’s amazing.

I am very disappointed with Paul. After I placed on order in early march, I did not hear from Paul until 3 days later. I was pinging him the whole time because I have an urgent need. After that I decided to cancel the service and ask for refund. He promised to refund me by mailing me a check but until today I haven’t received the check at all. I emailed him again late March, no response at all. I am not disputing it via my credit card

6÷25÷2013 update:
Right now I am thinking of going back to graduate school, and Paul has been immensely helpful in making himself available to discuss the various options. If I do end up applying, I plan to engage him, again, in revising my resume for inclusion in the admissions package. I am really glad I met Paul!

Paul did a great job for me in 2010, writing a resume that quickly landed me a job.
I was laid off from that job due to downsizing, and I contacted him again. He did an upgrade for a fraction of the price of a full resume. It worked this time again, and I received compliments on my resume. Job search is difficult now: it took me longer to land an offer.
Paul’s most time-​consuming task when writing my initial resume was going through my performance reviews. Yes, he went through all of my most recent performance review in connection with a promotion. That, combined with my own resume, his worksheet, and our meeting together, were data he pieced together to create my shimmering resume. It was very different from what I wrote myself; I would have never come up with anything even remotely resembling Paul’s final product.
This year, Paul went an extra mile for me. Someone recommended that I change my resume to meet the requirements of start-​ups, and I went through it to make major adjustments. My formatting did not work though, either because I am working in NeoOffice now and I basically do not know how to work in it, or because formatting is just not my forte at all. I struggled and struggled; exasperated, I sent the file to Paul asking for help. He corrected the formatting and even made small edits, which turned out to be helpful, all free of charge. Incidentally, some of his edits made me blush: even though I thought I knew how to use Standard Written English, it turned out that I still made mistakes of various sorts.
So yes, Paul is worth the money.
