I couldn’t imagine a better landlord. Michael Berube has been nothing short of amazing. When I opened my business three years ago I was very nervous because I had never had a business before. Michael was really great in helping me find a unit that would fit me best and even helped me out by having someone paint it the color I wanted and make any changes I needed. I have been renting an office from him for the last three years and I have felt so much support and comfort knowing he is there if and when anything comes up in the building. I check in with him via email or phone and he always quickly responds and takes action. He takes amazing care of the building and us tenant in the upkeep and care of the building, as well as adding special touches like decorations for the holiday season and even leaving us all a box of chocolates which is so thoughtful. I always enjoy running into him when he comes to check up on the building which is quite often. And in conversations I have come to see that the same care he takes with us and the building, he also does in the community as I’ve heard about different charities and events he is involved with. Thank you Michael for being so wonderful and generous over the years I have been here, I know with all my heart I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Michael Berube is the best landlord a person/​business could ask for. I have been renting from him for the past 3 ½ years and it has been the most pleasant experience. He’s easy to talk to and always available to help. He put in so much work to ensure the beauty of my unit and the building and garden that surrounds. Michael quickly accommodates your needs and then he can surprise you by giving more than you’d asked for. I asked permission to install a ceiling fan and offered to pay for it. The next thing I knew he’d bought and installed one. I requested carpet cleaning and it was done by the next week. He’s always been easy to reach too. It’s been like that since I moved in. The only reason I’m leaving is I’m moving out of state. Otherwise I would keep that office for many more years.
