Felipe is an excellent trainer. He’s very scientific in his approach and tailors each workout to my condition. A comprehensive understanding of physiology, nutrition, and motivational techniques is another benefit that Felipe brings to the table. Our workouts are never boring or routine. I would definitely recommend Felipe to others looking for personal trainers.

Felipe is fantastic. He models each move before you try it to ensure proper form. I am amazed at his imagination in mixing up the workouts. EVERY workout is different yet all raise your heart rate and have you leaving the gym knowing you just worked your butt off. It’s obvious he loves what he does and his clients benefit from this.

This review is for Felipe I really enjoy our workouts they ate always different every time and many new exercises I’ve not seen before I have lost some weight but even more than that I feel really good I would definitely recommend him and his services.

This review if for Felipe. I’ve trained with him for a few months now and I definitely noticed a difference. I feel stronger and leaner which is exactly what I was hoping for. Our workouts are challenging and Felipe is a great motivator. I love that he pays close attention to proper form. For a long time I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer, but then I decided that I need to get serious with my weight loss and fitness goals. I’m so glad that I found Felipe! He really knows what he’s talking about, takes time to explain the exercises and ensures correct form; each workout is different, always challenging and he makes me do things I didn’t think I was able to do — but somehow he knows how far he can push me. He has a positive, encouraging style, and makes sure you don’t slack off. After just 6 weeks of working with Felipe I already feel and see a difference! Felipe is an excellent Trainer with an extensive foundation and understanding of anatomy, physiology, training, and body mechanics. His no nonsense approach is educational, challenging, and yield results. His workouts are comprehensive and balanced with attention to form and detail. Just doing the exercise is not enough, you are taught to do it correctly and get results. Felipe is not just your trainer in a gym, he becomes your partner in obtaining the goals you’ve set for yourself.

I first started training with Felipe 5 years ago, and have never worked with a better trainer. I have gained strength, balance, confidence, lean muscle and lost weight. He gets me to do things I wouldn’t feel confident doing on my own, for example, jumping, using heavier weights. He applies intelligence and interest to his craft and keeps up to date with the latest research in exercise science and incorporates that into the workout. And of course, as soon as I am coping easily with something, he amps it up! He favors functional training using natural body movements — training that equips you for life. He is a calm and interesting person, with a dry sense of humor. I always look forward to my sessions with him.

Felipe is an expert, positive trainer. He is knowledgeable about a broad variety of techniques and body mechanics. He responds well to feedback and is easy to work with. He tries to be flexible about the timing of workouts. He is creative in planning workouts and takes a whole body approach. Finally, and maybe most importantly, he is very careful to make sure that his trainee pays close attention to form so as not to become injured during the workout. He does a really good job.

I’ve been training with Felipe for 3 years. Felipe brings different workout sessions every time we train, that are personalized to me and help me progress. I have a very busy lifestyle and he is willing to accommodate that and meet me at odd times every week. During our workouts, I get to zone out from my busy life and let him take over with what I should be working on. He makes the workout sessions interesting week over week and it’s easy to see your own progress.

I have been training with Felipe twice per week since Sept 2009. I have trained with him one-​on-​one as well as in groups of up to six. He comes to every session prepared with a lesson plan that is very customized to the strengths and weaknesses of his clients no matter how big the group. Even now, every workout is different and he still surprises me with new exercises that I’ve never seen before.
One thing I love about Felipe is his gentle but firm nature. He is the type of person that will hold my hand while I jump up on a very high step because I’m afraid to fall, but he will also push me to complete every rep, go a bit deeper or further or heavier. He definitely does not let me slack off.
I’m definitely stronger than most women my age and owe it all to Felipe’s incredible workouts. I plan to work with him for years to come.

I have been training with Felipe since 2010. Before I started training with him, my workouts only consisted of high-​intensity cardio kickboxing. After training with Felipe, I realized that while I was fit, I was not strong. Now I get a great mix of cardio and strength training. One of my goals was to be able to do a pull-​up on my own. I’m strong enough to do 5 in a row now!
I love the workouts that Felipe creates. Every day is different and he is constantly adding new things to keep it interesting. His workouts can consist of hitting a tire with a sledge hammer, pushing a car in a parking lot, lifting weights, or TRX exercises. And that’s just a sampling of it. It changes all the time. He is also a big believer in having correct form. Doing the workout correctly is more important to him than how many reps you can do.

You won’t likely find a personal trainer as talented as Felipe. He has a very holistic view for personal training that is rooted in cross training, yoga, cardio, agility, and body movement. This is not your typical gym session. Each one is tailored to you, your goals, and level of fitness. He mixes it up to keep it interesting and he’s genuinely interested in his students. He’a also a very fun person to be around!

I’ve been training with Felipe for over 4 years and have achieved great results including losing 40 lbs and becoming quite strong, fit, and mentally focused. For me, the best part about training with Felipe is the variety. Every day it’s a completely different set of exercises so it never gets boring or tedious.

I’ve been working with Felipe for a few years now and the results have been fantastic. Before I started training with him I went to the gym on my own pretty frequently, so I felt like I was in good shape. But my first workout with him kicked my butt and made me realize I had tons of room for improvement.
During our training I’ve seen huge improvements in my cardio conditioning, range of motion and flexibility, and the consistency of my strength (I was severely undertraining my lower body working on my own). Plus I just feel better overall.
The workouts are always fun. He brings in variety all the time, mixing up workout types and exercises, always looking for new ways to challenge us. And when we need to travel and can’t make the sessions, he makes up «homework» workouts for us we can do in hotel exercise rooms. Very thoughtful!

I was always skeptical about trainers since I feel like I already know quite a bit about working out and nutrition. After my second child was born, I needed help. I admit I wanted to look better, but now after working out with Felipe for a couple of years, I not only look better, I have a level of fitness at my age that I am really proud of. I can do pull ups! My husband was so impressed he joined the workout and it has been great for him too. Felipe has an encouraging and motivating style, but not like a drill sargeant. He knows a lot about fitness and the body. Felipe can work wonders.
