Businesses Beware.
I will be brief about the exchanges with reps from this business. They are unkempt. Unprofessional, do not follow up and seem like even themselves do not know what it is that they are doing. There seems to be a constant flow of them (attrition churn from resignations??? No consistency) and none know that their predecessors have been around begging for accounts before. Sometimes even days before.
When asked about their marketing plan or how she would be spearheading our target audience, we received nothing but a blank stare. The rep asked to be excused after laughing and deflecting a few questions. Came back approximately 15 minutes later. (Which is a long time for a face to face chat that wasn’t scheduled) she started firing off different «strategies» to us and looked very unsure. Sadly these strategies had NOTHING to do with our business culture and philosophy.
We concluded this person made a call and asked what she should say and didn’t fill whomever was on the other line in as to what specifically it is that we do as a Brand, and just repeated what she was told.
Obviously we did not pursue and neither should you.
We still, literally do not know what it is this business does. Other than of course sending completely untrained staff that have little or virtually Zero experience in the business world, account management and marketing.
Businesses Beware; please take into consideration this place has been open for going on 1.75 to 2 years and has not a single review. Do you and your staff and your bottom line a favor and do some Google searching on this so called business. There isn’t much. We even tried calling to GET information and it’s simply regurgitated literature from the Unilocal and company website synopsis.
