ZenAgain

Second and third experience were just as great. Not sure what I can add that I haven’t said before but the customer service has gotten even better and I’m really happy I can buy their services as gifts for my friends and family. They’ve definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

ZenAgain is a mobile nail salon that comes to your home to do your nails. I felt much more comfortable getting my nails done sitting in the comfort of my home. It was also reassuring to know that the tools being used were my own tools and I did not have to worry about cleanliness. Making an appointment online and paying for the service online was a breeze. I like that the service charge includes tip — no reaching into your purse with wet nails to pay at the end of the appointment.
I highly recommend asking for Jennifer J. as your nail artist. Jennifer provides wonderful friendly service and takes great care to ensure that your nails are done to your satisfaction. Jennifer arrived promptly on time and was well prepared for the appointment. Also, she gives a killer hand massage! Thanks Jennifer for making my nails pretty!

Great first time experience with ZenAgain — Jen arrived right on time to my apartment with her neatly boxed up equipment and huge smile. Felt extremely comfortable as we chatted & laughed away whilst I was absolutely pampered by her incredible skills :)
My only recommendation would be for some additional polish colours or perhaps offering a discount if the nail technician uses your own polish? I know I have a lot of polish in colours I love, but I’m not so good at applying it so that could be an option in the future.
Would also be handy to book my next appointment with the technician on the spot. Had a fabulous time with Jen, can’t wait for our next appointment together!

Awesome service Sal and Patti went above and beyond to do my nails for me and my friend before our marine corps ball, having Patti come to my home was so convenient because I am a stay at home mom with no time to go to a salon.

The first thing that came out of my mouth when a friend told us about ZenAgain was «why didn’t anyone think of this sooner?!» We are busy parents of a toddler and my wife said she wouldn’t trade anything in for her ZenAgain membership. Both times the Zengivers my mom and wife got were really friendly, punctual, and best of all they spoke english! I was watching the Niners game while my wife got her manicure and pedicure but they were chatting like old friends. Don’t hesitate to try these guys out.

I just got done with my first manicure/​pedicure combo from Zenagain. I work a crazy schedule and it’s difficult to get to a salon during regular business hours so my office manager suggested I try this service. Amanda arrived right on time, and was very professional so I felt comfortable right away. She took great care to lay down a towel to protect my flooring during the pedicure, and cleaned up after herself. I always go french, and she did a great job, was fairly quick, but also not at all rushed. It was nice to be able to relax on my couch for the treatment, and at the end Amanda even let herself out so that I could continue relaxing. Plus, I didn’t have to dig my wallet out of my purse with my brand new manicure because I had already put my cc info into my Zenagain account. I was very happy with my experience, and will definitely be using Zenagain regularly in the future. It just makes getting my nails done so convenient and easy!

My girlfriend and I were in SF this past weekend for a friends wedding in Napa. We overheard the women at the table next to us talking about this service. After a few glasses of wine, she somehow convinced me to get a pedicure back at our hotel with her. I brushed aside my hesitation and I’m glad I did! This was awesome. We requested a manicurist through the ZenAgain site and two hours later Judy was at our front door. It was simple, clean, and comfortable. If they had this in NYC we would totally use it. The cost for a manicure and pedicure was $ 69 including tip. Nancy said that wasn’t much more than what she pays in Manhattan at a nice place. I liked how Judy explained how they sanitize their tools and the fact she wore gloves for my pedicure. I’ve never had a pedicure so didn’t know what to expect! All in all this a nifty service. Nancy will be a regular customer if/​when ZenAgain makes it to NYC. If/​when I ever am inclined to get a pedicure again, I will surely receive one from ZenAgain in the privacy of my home.

To avoid confusion, I’d like to call out that this is a HOME service. They come to your house, on your schedule, to pamper you like you’re a Kardashian.
After nearly a year, I got a manicure! Seriously, who thought becoming a mom meant giving up the things we love (for me, my monthly mani-​pedi). Tried Zen Again, and I’m happy to report that I’d forgotten how nice it felt to be pampered. Love, love, love that they come to you, based on your schedule, in the privacy (or chaos, in my case) of your home! Loved that I didn’t need to hire a babysitter, loved that Patty (my Zen Giver) kept both my kids occupied but still focused on me. Thank you, Patty!
Patty is incredibly friendly and very skilled at what she does. Ask to see her instagram page — she’s got tons of amazing designs!
Patty also gave my five year-​old a manicure, even suggesting colors from the movie Frozen. Well, you just have to say the word «Frozen» and my little girl was over the moon. Literally you’ve never seen a kid sit so still, in such awe. She ended up with blue on one hand and silver sparkles on the other — she was the most popular kindergartener at school the next day! She’s already asked that we have Patty at her birthday party doing Frozen colors for all her friends — I guess we’re having a Frozen Spa party next year!
For me, the convenience of them coming to my home is priceless. The fact that they have the same quality products (OPI, Essie) and such skilled technicians is just icing on the cake. I’m planning to gift all my preggo friends Zen Again services rather than baby items for their showers. I know they’ll enjoy this much more than a onesie.
Also, I really like that the price of the service is inclusive of tip. It’s even better that you do it all online, so no exchanging of money in person with your technician. One less thing to worry about.
