We worked with Zoey to buy a home in crazy market. I can vouch that she is the best among everyone we worked with. She is extremely patient, friendly, knowledgable and competent agent. At the time of reading disclosures, she used to be extremely patient and thorough reading them and letting us know if there are any that we should be concerned with. We recently hired Zoey as our buyer agent and bought a nice house in Fremont during this hot market time. As a realtor agent, Zoey is very skillful and trustworthy. She put the client’s interest on the top and always showing professionalism towards to her work including the negotiation with seller agent, the inspection of the house. Most importantly, she wouldn’t push client to bid higher price just to win the offer and always make you feel comfortable and give a reasonable offer. She helped us negotiate and got a really good price for a nice house.

1 Getting the right bank with lowest rates
2 making a decisions in such a market.
3 Getting the disclosures and reviewing them
4 making an offer with the right comparable
5 Work with Title company for closing the escrow
Also i know she was available to talk even at 11 in the night many times. She is always available .
Moreover she was there to talk to the inspectors and also talked to the contractors which is not a something which other Realtors would do

Zoey was a neighbor for many years while I lived in Foster City and she recently sold our townhouse. What an amazing job she did!!!
She is thorough, tenacious, hardworking and full of honesty and integrity. Because I live about 45 minutes away from the townhouse, it was difficult for me to get there to «take care of business.» Zoey took care of everthing needed to get the property ready to sell. The dishwasher needed changing, she took care of it. There was some light maintenance need to prepare the townhouse to sell, she found a contractor and managed it all. We had the townhouse staged, Zoey managed it for me.
Zoey organized a few openhouses, helped with choosing the best offer, dealt with counter offers and got us an amazing price for the townhouse (way over asking). She was on top of the process the whole time dealing with the broker, lender, appraisers… and always kept me in the loop.
I would highly recommend Zoey to help you with buying or selling your home. She will do an incrediblly professional job and her customer service skills are top notch.
