Honestly, i have hired different moving companies. And this one is by far the best! I have hired them several times now and ive never had any problems. They are all very proffessional and do amazing work. I recommend this company to everyone you will not regret it! I am a very picky person but they met my expectations. Im grateful i found this company.

If you are looking for punctual, honest and trustworthy movers, this is the company for you! When it came time to pay there were no «additional» fees. What I had thought would have been a quick move, turned into a crafty Matlock-​esque situation.
The door way into my new place was 29″… and the fridge 30″ the movers removed the door of the fridge and entrance and like magic the fridge was in without a single scratch or smudge on the door frame. Moving my couch in also had similar issues. I know this must have been an easy fix for the movers, but I would have never thought of removing any doors.
Instead of having a couch and fridge outside, Bay Area Moving and Storage saved me a great deal of time, back ache and stress from the moving process.

I highly recommend Juan and crew. They made our moving day much less stressful that I expected: they showed up on time, handled our furniture with care and moved very efficiently. Their work ethics is superb. They are polite and go above and beyond anticipating customer needs. Thank you!

Bay Area Moving company is the best! I’m sure you know packing and moving is no fun at all, but Juan has made things so easy for me and my fiancée and the price was right. They were on time and I feel that they went beyond my expectations. I thought they were just going to come and move things as is, but not only did they break everything down, but they also wrapped and paded all 4 of my flat screen tv’s, they handled my belongings the way that I would. Once we got to our destination everyting they broke down, they put right back up how it was and where I wanted it. We are so pleased and couldn’t have asked for more and definitely feel as if I had gotten my moneys worth. Thank you so much Juan and Bay Area Moving, we will use you again if we have to move, but hopefully it won’t be anytime soon :)

This company was used by a kitchen supplier to deliver a bunch of cabinets to my home. They had been paid to move the cabinets into the appropriate rooms, but the first thing they complained about was having to do just that! Among other things, they wanted to leave all the bathroom cabinets in the kitchen!
Despite finally accepting that they needed to conduct the delivery in accordance with their contract, they still proceeded to mix up boxes all over the house and complained about having to move them into the right rooms. In some case, they just refused!
Eventually the guys doing the move telephoned the husband of the owner. I was hoping he would sort things out. A little naïve of me!
Unfortunately his red-​faced arrival, bristling with anger as he was, only served to pour fuel on the flames. After aggressively demanding that I sign to accept the delivery and being extremely put out when I said I needed to check thoroughly before signing he said «F*** you ***hole» and stormed off.
Amazing!

Beware people! !!!
This moving company cancelled on me last minute on the morning of my move, 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival time!!! The mover called me from his cell phone stating their truck broke down and they could be there tomorrow. Then rent a truck!!!
Needless to say, I was lucky to discover Carty Moving & Storage! They came to the rescue!

Great local company! They were on time and took care of all my concerns. I plan to use them for another move.

I used a ton of movers before, but when one of the companies that I used raised their rates, I decided to look on Unilocal to find someone cheaper, and low and behold, in comes Bay Area Moving & Storage to save the day. Julio and Jerry are AWESOME! Not only do they wrap every single item of furniture so that it doesn’t get messed up, but they have a great sense of humor to pass the time as well. Hard working, completely professional, and extremely nice, these guys will not let you down. I will be recommending them to everyone that asks me about movers from this point on.

One word… Awesome. From the time that Jerry took our order to when Julio and Lazaro showed up everything was seamless. I was referred by another friend who used them and he was correct.
BA moving and storage are honest, hardworking, and careful with your belonging. I moved from the south bay to the east bay and the next time I move, I will use them.

The guys at Bay Area Moving & Storage are awesome. Starting with Jerry who is very professional, with whom I booked a move and then had to cancel because our daughter arrived a couple of days before the planned move. When I told him I was cancelling, Jerry was super nice and very understanding. He just asked me to call him when I was ready. We finally were ready and yes, we hired them.
The three guys (Julio and two others whose name I didnt catch) who came were very professional and took care to do the job well. They wrapped each piece of furniture to make sure they werent scratched during the move. When they put the boxes in the new place, they made sure that the labels faced the right side so I would know what was in the boxes. They were as good natured at the beginning of the move and around the end of move, even though they were moving us from a 3^rd floor apartment to a tri-​level townhouse.
I was so happy with the move the first time that I hired them again to complete my move out of my place (I was moving in two parts because of the new baby).
I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for professional movers.
