Laxmi did amazing job on my brows. It was my first time here at this location. She was super nice and friendly. They do nails inside too. Will try them out next time. Will be back for sure.

At first I was happy that I didn’t have to wait a long line and I know why.
I have seen better. I told this girl the thickness quite clearly. Let’s just say that I am waiting desperately for my eyebrows to grow back. I will never go here.

This place is hidden right next to citi bank at the San Pablo plaza. Not sure if the address listed is wrong but your navigation will direct you to the mall across the street.
I Came on a Sunday morning and got service from Lada (Asian female) for eyebrow and upper lip. 8 $ for eyebrow, 6 $ for upper lip which is not what they have listed on the banner! Asked her multiple times to clean the side of the eyebrow and still didn’t get the job done; made the corner of my mouth bleed which she didn’t say a word till I looked in the mirror!!! I still tipped her but this would definitely be the last place for me to get my eyebrows threaded!

I was passing by and saw the special sign for $ 5. Went in and the owner is very pleasant. The actual threading process was my first time. It wasn’t bad as I thought it was going to be. A little pulling not to bad. I will be going back again.

Laxmi is amazing, she knows her job very well, very polite and professional, she just opened her own business and moved from Jovance, she always asks for shape and thickness instead of just taking all your eyebrows out. I have known Laxmi for over a year and since then never went anywhere else … Very hygienic place, spacious and welcoming, she s an expert, always leave very happy. I have been to many other places in Richmond, she s by far the best I ever. Treats you well. Can get busy sometimes but they handle it very well ! Highly professional and fast Price s only $ 5 for this month for her grand opening. Accepts credit card debit. Great parking space. Definitely recommend ! Please try her once. Won’t regret ! Highly talented :)

It’s so hard to find a place that knows how to do brows right! I’ve come here numerous times and every time, my brows have been on point. On top of excellent service the price is so right … Only $ 5! Everyone should go here! It’s awesome!

I love this place — they are experts in the art of threading. I have been a customer of the owner for about 7 years-​even before she decided to open up her own threading salon. She just opened up her own business in San Pablo and has partnered with another woman who knows her stuff. Both partners are solid in their profession. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

I used to live in LA and would get my brows done all the time. Since moving back to the East Bay I haven’t found a place I loved so stopped trying. I never go to San Pablo, but randomly had to go to the plaza today. Walked past this, saw their $ 5 special and said to myself, «Why not.» It was fate! This place was amazing, with quick but quality service. So so happy I stumbled on it and can’t wait to have a regular place again!
