Jasmine’s Music Studio

Jasmine is a great musician and a wonderful violin teacher. Her lessons are very detailed and fun. She has incredible patience and is attentive to her student’s strength and weakness, and she knows how to motivate her students with constructive feedback. Her lessons are well organized and structured. She can explain very challenging concepts in plain language. I also appreciate Jasmine to be always flexible when I need to re-​schedule my lesson because of my other school activities. Her violin technical skills are amazing, and I am very blessed to have Jasmine as my violin teacher.

Jasmine is an amazing violin and piano teacher! At the end of the year she holds a recital and she is able to play duets with her students on both instruments so effortlessly! Currently my 12 and 14 year old boys are taking piano lessons from her and the progress they have made amazes me. My kids used to take piano from another teacher, but they started to complain that they didn’t enjoy taking piano anymore. I investigated and found that they didn’t like the teacher because she was impatient and at times made them feel bad by raising her voice when they didn’t meet her expectations. It was unfortunate that I didn’t know this sooner, but I was unaware because I was in another room when my kids had their lessons.
To make a long story short I found Jasmine and she is wonderful. I find her to be very easy to talk to and learned that she takes into consideration each of my kids experience and skills level and tailors her teaching according to their ability. My children have been taking piano from Jasmine for four years now and they really like her and she has never gotten mad or raised her voice at them. Recently my older son actually told me he is liking piano now! He is now self-​motivated and going online to pick out songs and trying to learn them on his own! This is something I’ve been wanting see after investing so many years of our time and money on their lessons! Jasmine has a unique way of teaching and communicating that helps my kids learn the theory and skills. When they don’t understand it or aren’t able to do what she asks, she figures out a new way to help them understand and learn the skills instead of getting mad at them. Again, thank you Jasmine.
