Joppa

This review is for the RUDE ass lady! She lost a costumer how rude can a joppa worker be?! Lemme tell you when I walked in she was eye balling me like I was going to robbed the store! Lol. so anyway I saw this cute jean jackets for cheap 17 $ and thought to myself its cheap maybe I should get it and so I grab the jean jacket and try to unbotton the jacket to let my daugther try it on. the mean ass rude worker at joppa said with an ugly attitude! «YOU CANT NOT TRY ON THE JACKET HERE ONLY IN THE FITTING ROOM!» I was like dannnng… female!!! Not like I was trying to steal the damn thing! But anyways my daughter and I walked out! Never again will I shop there!!! You rude lady!!!

One day, I had to exchange a dress that I had bought my aunt for her birthday because it was ripped. When I told the cashier I had to exchange the dress, she just started throwing questions at me like I was in court accused for a crime. She asked me if was stupid enough to check the dress before buying. This behavior shows the immaturity of doing business and treating customers. By the way I wish I could’ve given 0 stars if Unilocal allowed me to.

I like this store. I can find something nice from here every now and then. Their clothing is cheaply priced just like other Joppa locations. The quality of the material in the clothes is not bad for its price. Compared to Forever21 or H&M, the prices are cheaper and the quality of the material in the clothes is better. This Joppa has a better selection of clothes compared to the other two locations I’ve been to (the Stonestown location in San Francisco and the Tanforan location in San Bruno). Will definately be back to buy more clothes.

New store in Hilltop Mall
3 stars because I did find 2 things I like at this store.
Upon walking in the store looks a lot less crowded from when Forever 21 was in this space. The décor & lightning and pretty much store set up is the same.
What I bought:
Jean: $ 26.99, super comfy, blue jeggins, cute rhinestones on the pocket.
Pink top: $ 5.99, cotton/​spandex, puff at the sleeves, not the best quality but the color is cute and feel is soft.
Garage Sale: You will find things on sale from the already given sale price they have on their clothing, all sales are final; absolutely no return or exchange, so make sure you love it before you buy it.
This store seems more like a rainbow discounted plain shirts and jean place with a few gems here and there but overall it seemed bland to me, not eye catching to me. I think it is a good place for teens because of the affordable prices. and more casual sporty feel of clothing.
quick note: I did not see much of accessories if any at all except a few rings on the counter, however I have no idea how long this store been open to begin with.
