My husband and I are longtime «residents» of the storage facility for over 5 years. The owners are a husband & wife team and they are great. Very professional in every way. I advise seekers to store their belongings here in San Pablo.

Sacramento, CA
Clean and there’s a very «safe» feeling about the place, in addition to their very good security practices. It is very well maintained. Todd and Christina, the managers, are pleasant, efficient and helpful. We are waiting for a refund of an overpayment, which seems to require approval by the wizard in the tower, but generally very pleased with the place. (yes, they take credit cards but first month is cash only.)

I’ve enjoyed renting from this facility; I’ve had billing issues but have been resolved with the new managers. The new managers are very friendly at this facility.
