Subway

Customer service was decent. But the sandwiches not so good. The bread was stale and the sandwich was dry. I’ll never eat there again.

I was never asked if I wanted mayo or salt and pepper. They just gave me my sandwich without wondering how I liked it. Very rude. There were 3 employees and all 3 were rude. The first didn’t even greet me or have a smile, the second is the one who messed up my sandwich leaving it disgusting and the last was the cashier who threw it in a bag without asking me if it was to go first which it wasn’t. Have personality please. Show interest in your job. Ask the customer if they want a combo stop assuming. Listen to the customer please. They will keep your business open. Never coming here again. Sad to say because I work at the medical offices next door and had planned to come often. I’ll drive an extra mile for better customer service.

Worst Subway EVER! The girl working on 2÷2÷16 at 11:25 am had the worst customer service & made the sloppiest sandwich ever and continued to talk to her friend that was sitting at a table while she made my sandwich. She put the meat on the sandwich first and I asked if she would put mayo & mustard on the bread. She said ok and proceeded to squirt the mayo & mustard all over the meat. I was so disgusted with her attitude & sandwich making skills I just walked out! Do Not eat here ever! Is it seriously that hard to make a decent sandwich? If you hate your job so much get another job!

The food here is really good. Every thing is clean. The workers are helpful. I usually eat over there .it’s very nice.

Service is really bad. They don’t have a good attitude. They are rude. And I think the service from the employees need to change !! Get it together !!

Good subway, make your sandwich fresh like you want it. Sandwich will be dry, so make sure you tell them you want mayo/​mustard spreaded on bread, because there quick squeeze it on the meat. Only thing I don’t like is they pre-​cut there six inch bread ahead of time and it’s much smaller size, than if they cut if from the footlong size bread I’ve had both cuts and when it’s cut from footlong bread the six inch is much bigger.

Sandwiches are good, and ingredients look fresh and updated. service is good but it can be improved. place looks clean except when i went into the restroom, first of all the men’s was closed so i had to use the women’s one, it was horrible, smelled terrible and seemed like somewhat had diarrhea and sprayed the entire walls and seat. i know its not their fault but they should check it often.

I actually don’t like Subway all that much… but nowadays when I’m in a bind, I don’t mind stopping into a GOOD subway that makes my sandwich cleanly and not sloppy. That’s what I get at this Subway in San Pablo. Conveniently located at the corner of Vale and San Pablo Ave, this Subway has an easy access parking lot and is spacious on the inside to both order and also to sit and eat. The staff is always friendly and pays very good attention to what you want in your sandwich (and more importantly, what you DON’T want!). They recognize familiar faces… I don’t even go in all that often but everytime, I’m still greeted with the same smiling faces. Most importantly, the sandwiches are made to order and are perfect. They are not overstuffed with lettuce (and less of everything else) and you can taste the freshness of the veggies. I’ve never been so pleased with a Subway before. Worth stopping in if you’re in the mood for Subway in SP.

It’s safe to say that a Subway is a Subway is a Subway. The food is pretty much standard fare at all locations. I don’t usually visit this location due to several locations closer to my home. Nevertheless, I’ve visited this Subway store twice within the past week. The food is on par with other stores; promotions and specials are honored as advertised on TV, radio, and email.
The Subway itself is small and only has about four or five booths and a table against the wall. My only complaint is the crumby neighborhood/​plaza that the Subway is located in. The plaza is dirty, sketchy, and poorly lit. On the other had, the employees are friendly, talkative, and engaging. The friendly employees make sure you have a smile before you go on your way.

Had the veggie delight as per my usual and I guess they don’t get many people who add avocado because they gave me like half the container.

I thought that Subway only makes healthy sandwiches until yesterday. When me and friend were there for lunch they have pizzas, Wow!!! 25-​minutes drive from the city. It’s worth the trip.
