I really love this place! I’ve had my hair done by different stylists in the past two years and every time I came out smiling. They take their time with you and make sure you’re happy with the results. The salon is kept very clean and everyone is so nice and friendly.

This salon is the best. I go there whenever I go visit my friend in PV. All the ladies are always so nice and cut my hair perfectly every time. The space is clean and bright and I love the products they sell. Aveda products are my favorite. Prices are good too.

Love love love this salon!!! Got my hair colored and cut!!! They did a great job! I received so many comliments! From the second I walked in I got all the attention a customer could want. My stylist really took her time to understand exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t just her. Looking around I noticed that is just how they are. No wonder people like going to them! Highly recommend this place!

I love Andre’s! All the ladies are always so nice and cut my hair exactly the way I want it. Perfect price for making me happy with my haircut, and the location is beautiful. It’s a long drive from where I live but it’s so worth it!

Sarah did my daughter’s hair and it came out beautiful and the price was decent, which I haven’t seen at a hair salon in a long while. We will be back!

Been going to Andres for years. Love my stylist Kris– she is very flexible with working with my ever changing schedule, she is a fabulous colorist and overall great at what she does. I have been a long time satisfied client for over 25 years– I highly recommend this salon.

I love this place! I’ve been going to Andre’s for 12 years. I’ve used 4 or 5 different people at the salon with great results. They always did their best to give me exactly what I asked for — even helping me to experiment a little. I’m seeing Julie now and I could NOT be happier! Great color, cuts, and people! Judy keeps my eyebrows terrific too.

Very spacious hair salon. I got my hair cut and washed by Sofie. Very agile hands and soft spirit. I will be back for my next cut.

I’ve been going to Julie at Andres’s Hair Studio for a number of years now and I only have positive things to say. Julie is wonderful and I always get rave reviews on my hair color when I get it done. All the staff from the receptionist to the assistants are professional and friendly and the salon itself is a really nice, spacious and clean space. If you arrive early for your appointment there is a seating area where you can read a magazine while you wait or you can stock up on your hair products from the selection that they carry. My experience at Andre’s has always been great and the people that I have referred to the salon have all been very happy with the service they have received there.

This review is strictly for Aveda purchases that I’ve bought. The reason for 2 stars. The handful of times I’ve purchased my aveda products they (receptionist, hair stylist) ignore me. Don’t even bother to ask me if I need help or anything. Very rude. I even feel like I don’t belong there. They say thank you at the end. But it’s fake. I work just down the street so it’s close for me to buy my favorite hair products. But I won’t ever let them touch my hair. I’m not saying as soon as I walk in the door be my BFF or anything. But come on, show some customer service. I’ve been working in retail for more than 15 years. And what have I learn from my customers? Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Simple right? I guess for some it’s not.

Great place. I’ve had my hair done here for years. Have my favorites, but I can always count on someone well trained to perk up my look even if I can’t get in to my girl. The skin care by Judy is the best! Great prices and a nice friendly atmosphere. Thanks girls!

I’ll give Andres 3 stars because I had a good experience and loved my hair when it was finished.
I went in to get my hair stripped of its color, dead hair cut and hopefully colored to a bright auburn color. I was lucky enough to get a same day walk-​in appointment. I knew I was going to be there for a while since I was going to go from black hair to auburn.
My stylist, Selene did a great job on my hair and recreated the picture of how I wanted my hair, which is what other salons have never done for me.
The only complaint I have was the burning pain on my scalp when she applied the color stripper, I told her that it was burning and she said that was normal so I endured it. It wasn’t until a couple of hours later that I found multiple scabs on my scalp. I wasn’t too happy about that. So I had to buy Coal Tar shampoo to help with the healing.
I would come back but inform Selene what happened so it doesn’t happen again.

I love going to Andres… Kris is always on time for my appointment and I never have to wait. I am greeted with friendliness and a pleasant setting. I also had a great facial by Judy. Kris always listens and does just what I ask; as well as giving her tips.
She also has other great stylists. One for everyone!

I am giving this place a — Star!!! The reason for this, the so call stylist was awful that I had her stopped working on my hair and asked to pay for what she worked on and left with never going back and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Rule # 1 never argue with the client and try to give them what they want. I have been wanting to try Andre’s Salon for years and it was close to my house but sadly I had such a bad experience and might have just gone across the way to Super Cuts. I feel sorry for the stylist because she really needs to work on her people skills and listen to what the client wants and make it a good experience. I called a little later to asked who the owners where and asked for their names Lisa and Chris. I discovered while I was there one of the owner was in the salon and witness what happened. The owner pretty much did nothing and let the customer leave with a bad feeling and an awful salon experience… The place might look nice but really need to have stylists that have class, can talk to people, good listening skills, understand clients’ request and can handle quality clients…

She does a GREAT job every time and the price is very reasonable for such a quality cut.

I wanted to try this place since it is walking distance from my house. I called in the morning for same day haircut appointment and got one for 10:30am on a Tuesday. Walked in at 10:20a and got seated right away. Sat down for quick consult and then got my hair washed. Sarah Beth cut and styled my hair and was done by 11am.
Pros: quick service, friendly, and stylist had 8 years experience there.
Cons: pricey ($ 45) and wish she thinned my hair out at the ends. I got a medium length layered cut with side swept bangs, but the ends look too blunt and heavy. I think I’ll go back to my usual Korean salon where they spend more time perfecting the cut even after styling.

I am writing this review for my wife, Pattie. Here is what she has to say …” I have been going to Andre’s for well over 20 years. The shop is very clean, well decorated, with all of the modern equipment you’d expect to find in a higher end salon. All of the colorists are certified, and very good at what they do. Andre, although no longer the owner, is still an active stylist here. He is in a class by himself. He is talented, friendly, charismatic and an all around good person. I just had my hair colored today… and he still has the magic touch. I am so appreciative of his work… and his kindness. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they perform here. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants to look and feel like a million bucks”.

I’m giving two stars because they got me in last minute, but the stylist was very inexperienced and ruined my hair! She had no idea how to do the style I asked for. And just kept hacking, don’t do it!

This salon has several stylists to choose from and the place has a light and clean look. They offer a small selection of products, including Aveda. Their prices are reasonable too, $ 80 for a cut, tint and style.
First the good… Amy, the receptionist, was friendly and efficient. When I called for a same day appointment for a cut and color she confirmed with the stylist and called me back right away with an appointment time. My stylist Tanya was friendly and capable. She listened to my requests and cut my hair as I specified. I’m not a fan of the «beauty shop small talk» and Tanya didn’t force any of that nonsense on me. I’m mostly satisfied with my haircut.
Now the bad… I needed my roots touched up and Tanya mixed some solution up and started applying it to my hair. The solution immediately began to burn my scalp and within 5 minutes I had to ask her to rinse it out. She spent at least 10 minutes washing the solution out and applied some sort of cooling/​soothing product twice to help with the burning, but I still suffered chemical burns on my scalp. I have to comb my hair very gently because I have so many areas that are scabbed over. Granted, I haven’t had my hair colored very many times, but I’ve never experienced that before.
I understand that my adverse reaction to the product is not the stylist’s or salon’s fault, but I wasn’t satisfied with how it was handled. I experienced considerable pain and my hair color did not lift because the solution was not on long enough, yet I was still charged full price. I didn’t ask to speak with management, but perhaps I should have. I think a salon should have a policy in place for when these types of situations happen.
Overall, the good prices and decent hair cut might be worth a try if you don’t have a sensitive scalp or expect excellent customer service.
