Great place for some Zen! Really enjoyed my first time here on Fri. Jenifer was awesome and so knowledgeable and personable. Must try this place if you are looking for a positive change in your life… mind,.body and soul.

If you’ve just finished a 6wk lose 20lb weight loss challenge or about to start one or start on a lifestyle change in your diet and well being this is the place to go! Jennifer, the owner, is fantabulous! She is so informative and she works with your health needs and concerns. I came here because I wanted to detox my body completely after losing 19.8 Lbs. The infrared sauna, magnesium bath and lymphatic massage combo is a perfect starter set. And once your ready to take it a step further to be ultra sexy inside and outside try the detox body wrap. NO it’s not like those wraps where they put you in a neoprene wrap around your abs and turn the oven on to the point of uncomfortableness. It’s a detox wrap that penetrates into your skin and makes your body flush out toxins. You won’t gain weight as soon as you drink water after the wrap, plus she gives you alkaline water to drink throughout the day. But after a couple of sessions, here’s the BIG make or break criteria, followed with a exercise and clean eating regimen you will see the difference. She takes before, during and after treatment pictures. She even has a color room that I swear energized me and relaxed me according to the colors I choose while I laid in my glorious wrap. Plus it’s located right by 6^th and 7^th street. Lots of good eats here as well! Parking is across the street and it’s free for 2 hours!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The second you walk in it smells amazing and you feel at home. Dr. Vest and Jen are an awesome team, every time I leave their office I feel great! Jen recently helped me put a grid together and it came out so beautiful, I can’t wait to see the results!

We created an abundance grid for our new business venture with Jen, after spending a few hours detoxing and rejuvenating. She is incredibly intuitive and just emanates love. I am feeling so so amazing and even more open to receive the many blessings the universe has to share with me. Thank you soooooo much!!! San Pedro Wellness had such amazing energy and is a gem! Beautifully appointed within the arts district of downtown San Pedro. At the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome, relaxed and energized.
It really doesn’t get much better than mind, body and spirit wellness in the same place!
There’s a multitude of treatments, experiences, classes and modalities to enjoy, depending on your needs that day. I could literally go back everyday and focus on a different part of me every time. (Jennifer: you need to sell memberships, I would totally buy one).
My first experience was actually on my Birthday. The plans I had fell through and I figured it would be an excellent day to try out this new place everyone was talking about. Jennifer (The owner) helped me put together a package which was perfect for my special day… and the day after. :) Since that first experience, I find myself drawn to return, even just popping in to hang out and take in the good vibes.

Whole family going and getting chiropractic, body detox, neck rejuvenation, color therapy (great for tween tension), massage, body wraps, workout, infrared sauna, lymph node clearing, facial, and much much more… Complete whole body wellness from my 4 year old to my 47 year old husband. Jenifer is extremely personable and professional and my family is welcome and eager for care. In the heart of old town San Pedro with an artistic flare and relaxed atmosphere to welcome all types.

I love this place! The feeling you get the moment you walk through the doors is love and acceptance. Then there are the treatments. I received the microcurrent facial sculpting also known as the lunchtime face lift and I was absolutely amazed at the immediate results. I also received the bioslimming body wrap and and charka balancing and loved that too! I am currently taking the Universe 101 course and look forward to changing my life in many ways. I will be a lifelong client from now on.

After one of my friends asked me several times to go see Jennifer McKee at San Pedro Wellness pharmacy, I decided to give in and try it out. I’m not really into shockra, energy, or holistic type treatments but I was at a stage in my life where something needed to change. It was the best thing I ever did!!! The staff at San Pedro Wellness is very friendly and professional. The wellness circuit is amazing. I left feeling energetic, invigorated, and very clear minded. I had a very unique experience in the color room that is undeniably an attestation to the power of completing the wellness circuit Jen has created. I left the spa with an epiphany that will set the stage for the next chapter in my life. I strongly recommend everyone to give it a try. I’m definitely going back!

Jen is amazing working as your personal Agent of change helping guide and heal while Monica works on your body and Dr Vest helps channel your higher true self and they have a great chiropractic specialist for the aches and pains too!!! San Pedro Wellness Center draws you in at first look. This clean and quiet atmosphere is the perfect place to spend some time working on your inner self, fitness and health. I left Jennifer and Monica yesterday feeling restored and lifted up.
