This incident happened around 3pm in an afternoon. I was directed by the Civic Center stuff to Zig-Zag for notarizing two signatures. When arrived Zig-Zag, there was no one in the office but the «Open» sign was on. There was an instruction to call sticking on the door. I called the number and a man answered the phone. He said that he would come over to the office in 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes outside and decided to call again. I didn’t want to leave if he is on his way. He answered the phone and said that he was interrupted by another phone call and didn’t expect me would be still there. He apologized and told me that he would be there in 5 minutes. He also asked me about the needed number of signatures. I waited for another 20 minutes… still no show. By 3:55pm, I realized it was too late to submit my paper. The civic center office closes at 4pm. That is why I give this business one star.
