We had a very tight window in which to re-​carpet our newly remodeled master bedroom and closet. Architectural Design folks not only helped us with a quick decision on materials, but had the carpet rushed from the mill in LA. The first roll of carpet came damaged, which sent us into a panic, but they had replacement carpet ‘hot rushed’ as well. They requested that their installer pick it up at the crack of dawn at it’s arrival spot in the bay area and it was completely installed before noon on a Saturday morning keeping our timeline intact. Many thanks to Mary, Debbie and Sonja for the excellent personalized service and going the extra mile for us. We so appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them!!!

After an annoying experience with another flooring place in San Rafael, I finally called the regional distributor of the tiles I wanted to buy, and he suggested I try this company. Run by women, maybe that was the difference. They got me exactly what I asked for and beat the other place by $ 3.00 sq. foot. No trying to up-​sell me, no pressure. It was a small project, and it came out great. My general contractor had no problems installing the flooring.

The absolute BEST!!! Huge project…3,000 square feet. From the beginning… ordering, scheduling and then installing… Sonja and her team were topnotch. Tony was the lead guy at my house. I can not express my amazement at how quickly and professionally they worked.
