They probably have re sold it to other people… Call the San Rafael police and file a report — others have done so and also call the District att. office — they are notified as well. Keven O’reagan is a ripoff artist and so is his sister Erin peoples. She still lives in the area and the police will be finding her i can guarantee it. I heard that they owe over $ 700.000 to people. We have also hired a private detective to find them. It is only a matter of time. they will get their justice. What a bunch of crooks. TAKE ACTION NOW.

Kevin (the owner) is a total surfer dude with a surprisingly quick knowledge of a wide array of appliances on the market. He gave us a great price on the appliances we chose and even threw in a microwave at the end of the visit. They will give you a written proposal (quote) and hold the price for you. They can also hold the items in their warehouse until you need them. Shipping is cheap ($ 50 to the East Bay for everything) and they provide excellent recommendations for other services. The only thing to beware of is that Kevin seems to agree with the customer a little too easily, so it’s hard to know what his TRUE opinion is at times. I’d suggest asking him for his outright opinion, rather than stating yours first. This store also provides ALL the paperwork you need to get your PG&E and water co. rebates for EnergyStar appliances — a very nice touch.
