Worst Burger King ever!!! I could go on and on but it’s just not worth my time to right it all down. I wish you could post negative stars :(

Their soda fountain isn’t working, but what is unfathomable, is you cannot order beef at this hour. If Corporate knew, they would shit themselves. How the hell do you go to BK and they don’t have any beef?!

Should have read the other reviews before I got stuck in the drive through for 20 minutes. Worst service ever. I want fast. If I wanted good I would go someplace else. Just do fast food. You know. Fast.

Ive never felt so insulted the way I feel right now. I mean yeah I understand working on a field might be stressful but its not my problem!!!
Seriously, if you dont like the food job industry just quit and find another job thats it!
The drive thru at my neighborhood sucks!!!
I paid for a hersheys pie and instead the boy at the drive thru window wanted to give me a peanut pie. When i told him i was allergic to peanut and that I paid for a hersheys one. He told me it was the same. Then the manager came in a made him go get the hersheys pie.
When i asked the man for a sauce he said «i dont have no more!!»
Then i said «what u mean no more? really i just paid for it. So please or let me talk to your manager»
And then!!!
He told me «Fuck u bitch»
Seriously i know Its a place full of latinos as I come from latinos etnic too. but i wont let no person disrespect me the way he did. When i told his manager he said he was going to talk to him. But honestly i doubt he does something about it.
Im going first thing in the morning to talk to the other manager about it and if not well i will file a law suit against this company for sure because im tired of not getting the good service we deserve. Its not the first time i get this bad service!!!

Walked in nobody at the counter for several minutes. In my 42 years of going to fast food places I’ve never had that happen before.

I used to go this burger king almost one a week when I was younger. As a young kid I loved this. This place had the happy meal, a playground, and a toy display that caught all the attention of all the kids. My parents didn’t enjoy the place because their food their sucked. I believe they probably have improved so I decided to go there with my family after several years. The restaurant itself was really dirty and there were 3 other people besides us. The tables were unclean, the floor was not swept, and the bathrooms were not kept. I sat down on the cleanest table we could find after we wiped all the crumbs and lettuce leftover on the table. The patty in our whoppers was burnt and the fries were over salted. Basically my parents were right about everything they said before. I am never going to this place again.

Oh my god this is the worst freaking Burger King and, did I mention oh my God existence. They’ve got the worse friggin attitudes on the planet. They couldn’t get the order right if you slapped him in the face with it. The area is dirty in derelicts and prostitutes roam around freely. Disgusting. i’m pissed off that it’s making me give it one star.

I thought I’d try again. It is a rainy day and a drive through sounded okay. I am currently at 8 minutes and counting. And I have not ordered yet. Cars behind me. Cars in front of me. Oh to have a Humvee right now.

Bad food, horrible service by a staff who clearly does not care. Avoid at all costs.
I was approached by someone who made a slur against me. Ignored that and was met by someone trying to sell cosmetics. The woman at the counter hid her name tag and would not tell me her name. Luis, the manager, either does not have any command of English and he and the woman at the counter laughed at me.
Oh, and good luck if you go threre after hours. If lucky, they’ll only get one part of your order wrong or missing.

Dirty Dirty Dirty, don’t let the front fool you, avoid, always check a place by the bathrooms. They are filthy.

Ok where the heck do I start with this horrible place, the best part of about is is the old asian guy taking orders at the front counter. He’s very nice.
Other than that this place should be closed down, I don’t know how this place isn’t on corporate BK’s radar as a very bad representation of the BK chain?
So the other day I went through drive thrue to get my «fast food» and it took 12 minutes from the time I got the order box to getting my food and nly had 4 cars ahead of me as I first pulled up. when i pulled up I noticed only two people inside, 1 at the front counter and 1 for drive thru. no team member support to help prepare and expedite orders. that’s just bad mgmt and ownership, stingy greedy for not hiring and scheduling more staff. I felt bad for the two especially for drive thru. taking orders, and money and preparing all the ordering, drinks etc. back and forth. I told the manager she was doing a great job and they need to hire/​schedule more help. they’re severerly short staffed. I was late for work because i never thought it would take 12 minutes. so that’s that
now flash forward to today I go through earlier and had no wait but I get a woman in drive thru (with no name badge. lol).and I could not udnerstand her english for the life of me, I was ordering a #1 breakfast with an extra has brown. and I kept respectfully and patiently saying I’m sorry I can not understand this and that in our convo. she got impatient with me in her tone and short toned. I’m thinking wow. you can’t be understood and you’re going to get chippy with me. or rude to be more blunt. so I pull up and she had total attitude. asks me for my money and I repeated 622 and she says sharply 652. I say oh ok. and reach down to grab my change done within 10 seconds and she walked away without a word. and she had a rude air in body langauge and face expression. very easy for me to read. so I just put my change and bills on the window sill. she brings me my food. doesn’t thank you, no smile nothin close. I ask for salt she gives me two salts doesn’
t ask if I need anything else. I woiuldve liked ketchuip for my taters. so I’m thinking I’ll call when i get to work and give some contrsuxctuive feedback. and also fill out the survey. but she conveniently didn’t oput my receipt in da bag.hmm.smells like a conspiracy bob… yeah mack I agree with ya.
so I call the place and a guy answers and and pretends to not hear me speak. I then call back and no on has answered for half an hour… shaddeee…
there’s a few bright spots. but far and few between. like many reviewers have stated. the inside of this place is a pigsty. they have that nice tv to watch a game while eating. but messy unsanitary dirty. trash overflowin.dirty floors food on the floor. all because of not having enough staff to get the jobs done. it’s plain and simple greediness. I won’t be going back again.

Had no time to pick up food anywhere else on my way back into the office. So I had to settle for Burger Slime…
Anyway. They messed up my order. I asked for a spicy chicken burger, they gave me a regular. I asked for extra mayo, they put barely any! And claimed they didn’t have any packets.
Tried to call and complain (using my iphone map with number) and the number didn’t even work (may or may not be Burger King’s fault)… Bad all around. Now I remember why I avoid them!

I went back yesterday and same terrible, slow service. I asked Luis if he was still the manager and he said yes. He can hardly speak English, or pretends to not understand, Still just one, painstakingly slow car at a time. I noticed the place is not nearly as busy as they used to be, particularly the drive-​through, probably just a matter of time until they’re out of business.

This place lack customer service crew management it also takes forever when the last cars order is 11.75 cents not like If it would be at 50 or 60 doller order wanted a nopolin shake they siad they only could do one flavor what a lie manger was on his phone mangers can’t do that or let a crew member help

Even though this place got a bit of an upgrade on the inside, it’s still grimy. The drive through take forever but I would rather sit in my car then go inside. Maybe if they improved the speed and methods they used, more customers would be pleased but this place definitely lacks cleanliness and speed.

I can’t believe there are so few reviews. I’d imagine there would be legions of people who have had their taste buds and stomachs assaulted by the epicurean carnage they call a food at this BK branch.
This place doles out some of the worst food debris I have ever eaten. For a place named after a famous Burger guy, their burgers are so bad they are not worthy of a review. Seriously people the name of the establishment is Burger King! Those burgers are not fit for a serf.
Fortunately the Sausage Egg & Cheese Croisant is still the best AM gut bomb on the planet. However the new Loaded Breakfast Sandwich at Jack in the Box is likely to overtake it. Which to be fair ain’t saying much.
I’ve had a lot of good experiences with the staff. I guess if you work in food hell, you learn how to make the best of it, otherwise the experience consumes your soul.

This place is very unsanitary when you go inside this place it’s stinks and the customer support needs staff that speaks english. I guess Ignacio Burger King knows how to speak English and very sanitary place and the comfort comfort room.

Never go in, always go through the drive up window. I would say they mess up some aspect of my order ¹⁄₃^rd of the time. They have a veggie burger which is nice and my son loves the chicken fries.

Disgusting. I feel like I need ANOTHER shower after being in this place… Never again…
