Just a quick note to validate all the nice words said about Chad. Just closed my refi, he and his team did a great job through the entire process.
I’m not the easiest person to communicate or deal with (and Chad says, «No, really?!), due to work schedule as well as generally being a pain in the a$$. To his credit, Chad remained professional as he accommodated the late requests/​changes that I had. He found me a great deal, is v well prepared/​organized, communicates well and remained patient and calm throughout the process and delivered.
IMO in an industry where that type of competence and professionalism are rare, Chad stands out. Highest rating.

Chad and his team have done it again! About a month after he helped me with my first loan he helped me do a cash-​out refinance on an investment property I own. 3 other lenders I had spoken with about this said not to bother and that no lender would have the loan I needed.
