Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with and I cannot say enough good things. So responsive (even to my crazy requests) and did such an incredible job. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone who asked. My husband and I had some challenging circumstances which made our home-​buying process a little tricky. Chris was there for us every step of the way with guidance and support. While I would imagine that many agents may have given up on us or left us to flounder on our own, he was «on it» when it came to dealing with the horrible lender we had to use (which was strictly due to our personal «challenging circumstances» and in no way related to Chris). While our lender kept failing us, Chris was able to keep the seller «on-​board» while we got our loan in order. If it weren’t for Chris, we may not have made it through the process. Beyond that, he was always available to show us any house we asked to see and was VERY responsive to email, phone calls, and texts. Thanks, Chris!

Its hard to believe that a real estate agent like Chris actually exists these days. He truly cares that you find the right home and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the process is smooth for all parties involved. My husband and I were buying our second home and Chris was always available to show us houses and give us additional information on the neighborhood, schools, etc. He quickly responded to all our questions and listened to all our comments. He also has a lot of construction experience, so he could comment on different issues we would spot at a house, so we knew what we might have to deal with in the future. There were many times I became frustrated with finding a home given the craziness of the market and Chris always kept a positive, upbeat attitude that we would eventually find the right one. Well, he was right. Thanks to Chris we did find a great house and are happily making it our new home.

This was our first time buying a home and I can’t say enough about how Chris made the process as seamless and stress-​free as possible. We contacted him a few months back and within a week he was showing us homes. That same week we fell in love with a house in our price range and the neighborhood we wanted. The house was bank owned which meant that there was very tight time lines to make an offer, to complete inspections, and to close escrow. Chris’s diligence and expertise was the main reason we were able to meet all the deadlines. One of the hardest parts was choosing an amount for the initial offer. Chris provided us all the information and advice we needed to make this decision. From making the initial offer to signing the final paperwork, he offered advice and was incredibly supportive. This was very important to us as first time home buyers who were new to the process. Chris was available at all hours of the day for questions, and called frequently to check in and see how we were feeling. He would send me updates frequently of what other houses were selling for in the neighborhood to help us remain confident in our decision. His honesty and dedication made it possible for us to buy our dream home. Chris Hodge was simply a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a new home.
