I have been a professional esthetician for over 10 years and I’d like to share a recent interaction I had at the store. I went and purchased a very large expensive Gelish kit, some of the polishes were damaged and unusable, when I returned to the store to exchange my Gelish products the friendly cashier made the arrangements for the new ones to be sent in and I left feeling satisfied and was told that I would have to wait until the next shipment came in. Ok no problem! Three weeks later, THREEWEEKS, I called to ask about the Gelish products and I was told that it may be in the current order but they’re short staffed so they might not know for a few days. I asked for the manager as i had already waited thos long for products i had already purchased. I spoke to the JEN about an exchange of products happening in a timely manner, she became RUDE, condescending, and told me that it wasn’t her problem. We’ll I beg to differ. As a paying customer I expect a little more respect and professionalism than that. I guess it’s her problem now ;)

Love coming here! The girls are always super friendly. Very knowledgable, if they aren’t sure they always try to find a way to help me find a product or replacement. Always a great experience here at cosmoprof

Very rude unprofessional staff and management! I’ve been a hair stylist for 10+ years I know my products, tools and return policy’s very well. I went to this store to return a Paul Mitchell nano titanium flatiron that I had previously purchased 2 weeks prior. I used it in the salon tried it on clients but it was of poor quality and the heating mechanism wasn’t working properly after only 2 weeks!!! I had my receipt in hand and the manager was very rude and had the worst attitude she said she can’t return products that have been used!!! I demanded a refund stating that I’ve only had the flatiron for 2 weeks, she reluctantly refunded my money with an attitude! Girl calm down I’m not taking money outta your pocket!!! Worst cosmoprof ever!!!

I just want to start off and say that I normally don’t write negative Unilocal reviews but this place was so awful. I work at a salon Full-time, I came in this morning to get some hair supplies I needed for the day. I came in this store this morning, the girl working did not even acknowledge me whatsoever. I asked her where in the store I could find Paul Mitchell products, she rolled her eyes and asked me if I was licensed in a very Rude way. I said, «yes I am» she then just said it was on the right side of the store. I was baffled that she couldn’t even bring me to where the products were. I had to walk around the store to find it myself. Once I found the products I needed I went to go pay. She didn’t say one word to me; I’ve never felt more judged in my life. No «thank you or have a nice day!» She should quit her job if she’s that unhappy. Thanks for starting my morning like that–
