I had a bridesmaid dress I needed altered and she did a phenomenal job. I just got the impression that she truly cares about her customers and can read your mind and know your needs that you don’t even know you need.
The bust of my dress was too big and I assumed I’d need it taken in. Paula had tons of different bra options for me to try on to see if any of those worked so that she didn’t have to alter the dress if we didn’t have to. Unfortunately it didn’t work, but was such a nice touch. And you can buy the bra right there or she can order extra sizes and colors!
So we decided to do the bust first and Come back for a second fitting for the hem since we could tell that doing the bust would pull the dress up quite a bit.
I didn’t mind making an extra trip to have a perfectly fitted dress!
Got the bottom done to work perfectly with the shoes I wanted to wear and couldn’t have been happier!
Dress was pressed and ready to go earlier than expected.
Paula also did a fantastic job with communication. She called and texted to keep me in the loop which was great since I was doing this the week I was flying out.
Will definitely use her again for future needs! Highly recommend!!!

I’m doing a photoshoot in NYC for my wedding and I bought a dress that has a low back, kind of in a «V» shape and when I received the dress the back did not fit at all. The material on the back folded over itself. (not giving me the look I wanted at all) I took it to one seamstress and she said it was not fixable so I became discouraged. I called her to set up an appointment and she immediately called me back. I went to see her and she knew exactly what I needed and was able to fix it! Paula helped me with two alterations that turned out perfectly. First one was a bargain suit that I picked up on Amazon. She invented a creative solution to correct the size, and the second project was a vintage dress from the 30s that needed TLC and tailoring for my girlfriend.
