My boyfriend attends this DaVita location. The unit is not organized and unprofessional. He regularly is made to wait past his scheduled appointment time because there is not enough staff. He feels some of the techs are not trained properly and the management is uncaring and unreceptive. There were several weeks when he was on the machine too long and«dried out» because he was not set up properly and it kept happening although he told them about the problem. Overall, it’s never a smooth ride. He has lived all over and never had this problem before except in Marin County(this and the Satellite in Kentfield are unfortunately the only options and they both suck.)
