I’m not a regular to therapy but Based on recommendations I decided to try Ericka. Had a great experience with Ericka. She helped me overcome some long-​standing phobias after just three sessions. She’s very friendly and easy to talk with. I would absolutely use her again.

About 3 ½ years ago I saw Ericka to stop smoking, I had so many worries about it and she helped me through all of them and I still haven’t smoked! I chain smoked for 7 years before seeing her and was convinced those little white sticks were my best friend who had been through everything with me and had all the other relational problems to them I imagine many people do. She worked with a variety of techniques, not just hypnotherapy and I don’t know if I could have done it without her and the array of approaches she uses.
So 2 years go by and I’m always thinking how awesome it was to see her and other things that came to from it, including just how I saw myself in a mirror (another issue we only lightly went over while stopping smoking) and was so much softer on myself. I think that is what blew my mind more than the smoking, cause I could say maybe I’m stubborn or I was just ready, but my self image was years of magazines and growing up in a world that girls will literally pick themselves apart to the death is what really wowed me! So when years later I was experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks (even was on daily meds for it) I decided to go back to her and see what she could do before I self destroyed the relationship I was in. To sum it up within one session we got to the bottom of where these panic attacks were coming from and they have been gone since, I thus haven’t gotten in ONE fight with my partner since and that HORRIBLE feeling inside me is gone. I can’t thank her enough. I’ve continued to use her semi as my therapist and it’s like I’m on a fast track solving issues not in years but in 1 – 3 sessions. ITS AMAZING! I highly recommend her!

Ericka is extremely competent — her long experience shows. My last session with her far exceeded expectations. It felt like a real game-​changer. I’d recommend her whole-​heartedly.
