Hudson Street Design of Marin

I tried to walk into the store and I found out this location has closed it’s doors. I drove all the way from Berkeley looking to buy some doors and was greeted very direspectfuly by the manager that they were not accepting new clients. There website said they were open during those hours. I would recommend this company to update their websites for their customers. There is a reason why they have closed the doors. Save your energy and go to another company!

We used a designer architect at Hudson Street to design my kitchen and order the cabinets, hardware, and finishes for my kitchen remodel and what I initially thought was good service with the original engagement, turned out to be a huge (and expensive) disappointment in the end. Cabinets were delivered with several damaged; it took weeks and several calls to get Hudson Street to respond to me – and, by «respond» I mean our architect sales person never actually bothered to call me back, but she simply forwarded my (10^th??) message to the cabinet rep and ever since I’ve been haggling with him to get replacement cabinet doors, shelves and touch-​up paint; Hudson sent out an installer who was so incredibly rude and unprofessional — he was aggressive and swearing about his job and «clueless customers» when he arrived at my home, and ultimately refused to install some of the replacement pieces saying «it wasn’t his job» — my contractor had to intervene, and when I called architect sales lady and left her voicemail about it, she never even bothered to call me back. I was shocked. As of today we are 7 months post original installation and STILL waiting for the replacement pantry doors. Bottom line, after the sale is made Hudson Street does not care one bit about their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Nice showroom, bad service. We walked in to look around and were snubbed by the sales person. I don’t think he was interested in selling anything. Bummer for him.

We had a wonderful experience here with Monica Cilenti. She was helpful, knowledgable and most importantly, patient in finding a replacement door and windows for the front entry of our home. Our house is very unique and our needs were specific but she helped us find a replacement solution that fit with the bones of our house as well as one that was safe and weather resistant.
I highly recommend working with Monica at the Hudson Street Design Center and I will return when we replace more windows.

Hudson Street redeemed themselves on my front door by ordering another one for us at no charge. They also said they are changing their paperwork so it will be easier to understand the order. Thank you Hudson Street AND Unilocal

What a beautiful showroom with friendly & knowledgeable sales people. I went in for windows and stayed for the kitchens & bathrooms. I had no idea there where so many options for my home. I got a lot of great ideas here.
