Local Einsteins Books

My company was contacted by Local Einsteins in October of 2013. We agreed to write two chapters for a book called «What to Know Before Buying or Selling a Home in Houston.» As part of our contract, we agreed to also purchase 50 copies of the book. We paid for the 50 copies of th book and submitted our two chapters as we were told to do. We never received our books nor will the company respond to our numerous emails and voicemail messages. We have tried for months to rectify the situation by asking for a refund or a reasonable plan of action to get our 50 copies of the book. Neither have been responded to, despite numerous calls and emails. We were told by employee Vincent Harding that we would have an answer months ago — we still have nothing. This company took our money ($ 1300!) and gave us nothing in return.
