I wanted to give this location 2 stars, or maybe 3 mostly because of their efforts, but after remembering how many thousands of dollars I gave to Dr. Kenneth Lossing and his wife Margaret Lossing, I cannot in good conscious give them that much credit. I spent over a year with both of them(most of the time working with Margaret). I never got better… That about sums it up. I went to see them for various issues(musculoskeletal, gastro, neurological) and my symptoms did not got better. I think I remember maybe two times out of the 30+ times I went there, I remember feeling a little better but only to last for that day(placebo effect can do that). I will say that Margaret is a very loving and kind person, she really really wants to help you to get better, unfortunately she had me come back after way too many failed attempts. I ended spending an enormous amount of my money(at a time that i was unemployed due to my ailments). Dr. Ken Lossing on the other hand has an attitude of superiority, it is quite condescending. He also, could not help me with all the manipulations he attempted. They do not accept insurance if I haven’t made that clear already, so all that I paid for was out of my own pocket which is now even emptier. If you honestly are questioning coming here or are questioning my review send me a Unilocal message and I will respond quickly to it and in detail with any questions you have about this place. So in conclusion: lots of money spent with no improvements.

I didn’t feel that Dr. Lossing was altogether present during my one hour initial consultation, nor did I feel that he communicated much to me without my prodding him. He struck me as being remarkably aloof and very proud of being the President of American Osteopaths, as evidenced by the plaque and gavel on his desk. Perhaps this honor doesn’t require him to fully show up for his clients? Anyway, the only reason I’m giving him 2 stars and not going into more details of my disappointing session is that I appreciate the customer service that was given to me after the appointment in hearing out my grievance.
