Mac Cosmetics

I have been an avid MAC conneiusser due to the significant amount of traveling I have done through the years. I have been to at leas 100 different MAC locations all but two having been fabulous. Karla (pictured in the previous photo review) was very snobby and unlike any of the other professional MAC people i have dealt with. It has been not just one instance but multiple times within a short timespan. She refused to get me the Red Enriched lip liner that i wanted from the back stock and repeatedly told me she hadn’t had the time yet to go through the stock. I got this same response from her three times in a row over the span of a week and she didn’t even try to help me find something else. This was the only time i had ever left a MAC Cosmetics counter without spending a dollar. If not for another freelance MAC employee on her break overhearing my conversation with my boyfriend, i may not have ever gone back to this store but hey have gone out of their way to make it right and kept my faith in MAC’s professionalism and high standards. This one employee has been demoted to 3^rd key which is justifiable given others experience with her as well. So if you happen to see her stay away, she is not up to the typical MAC standards.

Macys Mac makeup Karla was amazing. Karla picked all perfect makeup did such a good job. Also taught me how to put makeup on. I bought everything she used. Really love Mac makeup

Worst experience at a Mac. I was just waiting for 30 minutes for someone to show up, and some were waiting even longer. Multiple employees came over and apologized for the wait saying it’d just be another minute, and didn’t know where their associate was. I didn’t leave because I had a gift card that had to be used in store. There was more than a handful of us looking for someone to help. When the associate for the next shift showed up she was impolite, as if we were inconveniencing her. To top it off I couldn’t use my gift card because it had to be used at a free standing Mac. Boo.

Awesome experience ! I’ve been to this MAC counter plenty of times but most of the time just to pick up some lipsticks so I never had a true relationship with one of the artists except for the time I got my makeup done for prom. This time I went in to try out a foundation I had my eye on for a while and Morgen was more than helpful she was amazing. She took her time and when I was stuck between two shades she added blush and other powders to show me what it would look like in the end. Most of the time when I go to a makeup counter they just throw some foundation on half of my face and let me walk out like that but this girl went above and beyond and basically did my whole face! I will definitely be going to her whenever I want to try something new or whenever I want to get my makeup done for an event!

Michele is the absolute best! She does an amazing job! Her attention to detail, customer service and knowledge was outstanding. She definitely is my M*A*C girl! She knew just what to do and I did not feel «over-​done»!!! Thanks Michele! You deserve a big FAT raise!

Being the MAC addict I am, I was so thrilled when they opened this location. It’s not just a regular old counter like the other locations around here in Macy’s or Nordstrom, but a full-​fledged store. This means they carry items that you can’t find at counters, such as my beloved Face & Body foundation. No more trips to the city or ordering online for me because I finally have a MAC store close by!
Every time I’ve been in here it’s been extremely busy, but the customer service rocked. I had my makeup done and she did an amazing job and knew exactly what I wanted (and I’m VERY picky about my makeup.) I wish I could remember the name of the girl who did my makeup, but she was blonde and bubbly and taught me how to do a killer pinup-​girl inspired winged black eyeliner. My girlfriend got her makeup done by Missy and she was incredibly helpful as well.
