This is for the store in Novato. This is my first negative review, ever.
When asked for help, I told the salesperson I was looking for a high control, high shine wax. She referred me to Kenra Platinum and Enjoy. I bought the Kenra, only to find it is a medium hold, matte finish wax.
Needless to say, that was something like $ 22 down the drain.

I have been a customer of Marin Beauty Company for the past 15 years. I get my hair and nails done here. I decided to turn to Unilocal because out of the 15 years of being a faithful client, I have been absolutely disappointed by the treatment by their salon manager. After having made a request to turn down the air (it was 11:00 am and foggy), I was brushed aside. After I inquired once more for someone to turn down the blasting AC, I was spoken to in an incredibly disrespectful tone. One would assume that having been a client for over a decade, I would be at least treated with kindness. If I did not have the greatest respect for the artists I have been faithful to in the past years, I would give this establishment one star because of the quality of their customer service. The owners here may want to reevaluate their choice in management.
