Michael installed an instant hot water heater under our bathrooms. While he was in the crawlspace with my hubby, he made all sorts of great recommendations. The heater works well AND now the pipes don’t bang anymore! I have a «Mr. Fix-​it» husband but when we need a professional; I call Michael More!

Michael has helped me on numerous issues in my house in San Anselmo. He made simple work of plumbing a dishwasher with difficult access to the sink in my kitchen. He also installed a half bath in my basement area which required solving some complex existing piping. Being an architect I really appreciate his workmanship and his ethos of doing a job right the first time. He was very fair on pricing and was prompt on returning my calls. More Plumbing has worked for me on many old buildings in San Francisco and Marin fixing many types of problems, some very difficult. The owner is expert in copper plumbing, repairing old galvanized water supply systems, and drain line and sewer repairs. I’ve seen him with crews digging up sewer and water supply lines in front yards. He does gas line and meter work and flue installation. He does all aspects of finishing trim work, faucets, sinks, dishwashers, and his prices are usually somewhere in the middle end of the price scale. Actually, his parts prices for sinks, faucets, other fixtures are as good as they get because he gets screaming hot deals from his suppliers. I notice that he tries to steer you towards good, solid hardware that will give you a long service life, not something that is trendy, but is actually poorly constructed.
Though Michael and his crew have done a lot of commercial work building restaurant kitchens and the like, I think his real specialty is working on remodels of kitchens and bathrooms in single family homes. I haven’t seen a lot of that work, but what I have seen is A + quality. I know he has done a lot of remodels throughout Marin County and in San Francisco. I would definitely call More Plumbing first for a look-​see or a quote (or call them after you get other high-​ball quotes).
Also being a licensed insured and bonded general contractor, Michael has a number of excellent subcontractors at his disposal. His company can build you your dream kitchen or bathroom.
