I’m fortunate to have used bodywork and massage for decades, mainly for preventative health, and I can say without reservation that Paul is one of the best masseurs w/​whom I’ve ever worked. Put it simply, Paul has the gift. Plus he’s a fab Pilates and Yoga instructor so he can provide insights about stretching and exercise for whatever might ail you!

Paul is a true body worker. He has a wonderful working knowledge of the body’s muscles, stretches to strengthen and release, as well as a great technique during massage.
Paul has treated me for persistent low back pain, which melted away and for a shoulder that was so painful I couldn’t turn my neck for care for me kiddos.
I appreciate the time he takes at the beginning to do floor stretches with me (fully clothed) before beginning table work.
He works from his residence which is on a quiet cul-​de-​sac.
