Excellent service!!! I brought photos and parts of my faucet here, when I figured they wouldn’t be busy. (All the contractors come here, and I didn’t want to get in their way.) George spent probably 20 minutes devoted to me – trying to find the right washers for the faucet. Nothing looked the same in all the parts catalogs … so he concluded that perhaps the wrong washers had been used on the faucet, and that is why it was leaking. He gave me a couple of flat washers, advice about troubleshooting, and a recommendation to get some graphite string/​packing from Orchard Supply as a way to work around the lack of matching washers. I was very happy with the help!

Awesome customer service and great prices! Went to jacksons to buy a faucet, but they didn’t have what I wanted in stock so came here instead and so glad I did! Not only did they have exactly what I wanted in stock, it was HALF the price of what jacksons is charging for the exact same item. This is my go to place from now on for all plumbing and heating related stuff :)

There are many reasons this is my favorite plumbing and sheet metal supply store. The people are very helpful and friendly. They have a wide range of quality materials. Their pricing is very reasonable and fair.

Went in for a part for a tankless water heater but not sure of the correct part number.
They took the time to call the supplier, sit on hold for quite a while, and got the correct number and ordered the part for me. Very helpful and professional.

I was out scouting items to replace a roof vent and was told to go to Rubenstein Supply. I’m glad I did as they had everything I needed for the job. One-​stop shopping saves time. Thanks George for your assistance. Their price for the roof cap beat Amazon’s price too. Way to go Rubenstein Supply!

Frustrated with not being able to identify an old faucet brand without taking it apart, I was referred to Rubenstein Supply by a thoughtful competitor. Bingo! George answered the phone, suggested I send him a photo, and within no time I not only had the brand name but the cartridge and seat order was on its way. Two other of Rubenstein’s helpful and informed employees, Chris and Leo, easily resolved several quandaries I faced with faucet and shower installations that afternoon, and at prices that were surprisingly competitive with online discount outlets. At Rubenstein Supply service is excellent and product knowledge is optimum. However, if you ask what the score is during World Cup if the Giants are also playing, don’t expect anyone to assume you are inquiring about the soccer result.

Best Plumbing supply in town… We have been customers of Rubenstein Supply for almost 5 years. Prices are always way better than the Big corporations.
Even tough we are a small family business we are always treated like the big companies, compare to other stores in the area. We always get GREAT prices!
Can’t say enough about the great customer service. Every time we go there, the staff have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Efficient and competent. This store has become our go to place to buy supplies for our business.

Just grabbed a new water heater and some attachments from these guys and ive gotta say pretty primo knowledge. Where I get all of my plumbing equipment even if the job isnt local.
