This place has changed a lot since the change of ownership. I have called numerous times for an appt but kept being told there was no time for me, the few times I someone actually answered the phone. Maybe it’s since become one of those«men only» joints. Cherize is no longer here :-(so I guess there’s no reason to try again. Now I use Stress management massage, it’s worth it to pay $ 20 more for a better, friendlier service from someone who can understand what I’m saying.

great place for«day of appointments» & all around body work but probably not the ideal place if you’re looking for focused work on muscles that need extra attention, i.e. cycling muscles or desk jockey muscles(forearms).

There is no Ruby. This place has changed ownership, according to them, at least a few times. They currently advertise«Mention Unilocal we only charge you $ 45 for one hour of full body massage» but are reluctant to honor such. I think this deal was old management. However, hold your ground and they will. My massage went fine, good Thai techniques added, and my therapist knew what she was doing. Minus a couple stars for the business lacking a working phone number. Which means you have to walk in to make an appointment to get service. And there are, indeed, many services available. If you want to stick to the $ 45 special, just be clear about it and all will be well in massage land.

I was thrilled to find a place near my home for reflexology and since this had good reviews, I purchased one of the $ 43 for $ 55 of service coupons. I spent more than 3 days phoning and kept being disconnected since the VM was not set up. Finally, someone who spoke no English answered, and after being passed around to another person, I managed to book an appointment for the next afternoon. The person was not happy about accepting the coupon. The next morning, I received a call saying that the coupon would not be honored, I cancelled my appointment and said that I would log a complaint. The person told me to get my money from Unilocal.About :30 later, the same person phoned back saying that they’ll honor my coupon after all. I explained that I wouldn’t be keeping my appointment since I didn’t want anyone touching me that can’t even manage a business honestly. Also, if you check some of the other massage blogs, this place sounds like it needs a visit from the SRPD. DON“T pre-purchase anything from this place.
