Supposedly they are remodeling and opening up again soon. Let’s home the new market is better than the old. A great produce market would be incredible for that neighborhood.

This place is not good. I occasionally pick up a six-​pack of beer but no groceries. Groceries are often out of date, ice cream has melted and then frozen again. Too bad since the neigborhood would really need this place to be stellar.

The Sun Valley Market has changed over the years.
It’s still a good place to pick up those few things you forgot to get before you got all the way home. The clerk is really nice, and parking has always been very ample and easy.
For a while after the new owners took over, they served some Indian food. Not sure if they do anymore? But that was a bonus.
