Great Aspen tub, and after market service by Joanna of Paradise Valley Spas was A plus! Second hot tub I have bought from these folks over about 10 years now. Always a good deal and the Sundance spas are super comfortable, energy efficient and lovely all around.

We purchased a spa from Sundance a couple of weeks ago and got an electrician to hook it up a few days ago. We filled it up following the directions in the manual, turned it on, and got the dreaded FL1 error(air lock). Tried the remedy in the manual, no luck. I called Sundance and Josh, who had sold us the spa, answered. I told him the situation and expressed my frustration. He gave me a tip which I’d already tried. He then took my phone number and tried to see if he could find a tech that was on the road to stop by. He called me back a few minutes later not having found an available tech and instead offered to come by our house after he got off work at 6:15! Josh showed up at exactly 6:15 and spent about 20 minutes on the spa eventually getting the air lock taken care of! He then asked if we’d put the chemicals and since we hadn’t gave us a brief tutorial on how to keep the spa chemicals in balance! He spent over half an hour helping us out after a full day of work! AMAZINGSERVICEFROMJOSH!!!

Bought my hot tub 5+ years ago for my Stinson Beach house. I have four kids who are in and out of the ocean constantly. Was so afraid that SAND would be a problem with proper functioning of the tub. I have had a fantastic ownership of this hot tub. I do not have a «maintenance» person. I do it all myself and it’s EASY! I have Sundance Spas come every six months just to check it out — it’s under warranty an have had no major problems. I highly recommend Sundance Spas! In fact, I’m ready to purchase another — identical — spa for my new San Francisco house.

Researched a lot of spas before pulling the trigger with a Sundance Spa, after 5 months of daily use, I am so glad that I did! The Sundance Spas have so may great features, far more than the lesser expensive spas, I plan on having this for 20+ years, so the added costs didn’t phase me! Just recently had a free drain re-fill, the technician that was sent by Paradise Valley(Sundance) was very knowledgeable and took the time to train me on how to do all the required maintenance as he did the free service for me, he was fantastic! Thanks, Bill(Marin)

Horrible horrible service. Avoid this place at all costs. The sales guys are blanantly rude, like you’re bothering them to take your money. It’s an insult. Go somewhere else. If I could give zero I would.

It is laughable just how awful the customer service is at Sundance Spas. We bought a house with a Sweetwater hot tub and have gone in several times for supplies — filter, filter cleaner, chlorine, etc. The salesmen seem like they hate their job, or they just hate their customers, I’m not sure which. Any question seems like a huge inconvenience. Looking for a filter? Oh god, I GUESS I’ll look up which kind you need if you’re really going to make me. Give me your number; I’m going to have to call you. Then the phone call: no «hello,» just«we don’t have it. And we won’t order it. You can.» And no, he didn’t find out how much filter cleaner costs. That would be asking too much! I’m not kidding — my husband and I just laugh at the fact that they seem to get away with rotten customer service. Spare yourself the grief and order supplies online. Amazon has most stuff. So much for local businesses offering something the internet can’t!

Sundance Spas has a great product selection, competitive pricing, competent customer service. They are not«in your face» the moment you walk in. They let you browse. They’ll let you know they are available to answer any questions. They listen to your«wants», and make great recommendations. We found they don’t try to «over sell you» or suggest a Cadillac when you’re really looking for a BMW. Once ordered, their quote on our new 2012 model from the factory was realistic and exceeded our expectations. Their guide for prepping your installation site is terrific. They sent a crew out to evaluate our site, and even they were terrific! Their customer service rep called regularly to keep us updated on delivery date. AND, delivery went smooth as silk! And, we had a slope for them to climb up! Bottom line, this was a terrific purchase and we are enjoying our hot tub daily! Buying a hot tub in Marin is like buying a new suit… you don’t want to overpay; BUT, you want to look terrific in it, AND feel really good, too! Trust this review… we’re very satisfied with our purchase!

I agree, buying a hot tub is like buying a car, maybe worse. I have bought many hot tubs the last 30 years. «Costco», so-so – many issues. The” soft tub” is awesome, it is light weight goes every where and plugs right in but the jets are just for filtering the water for the most part. 2009 bought a «Hot Springs» they make a very nice tub as well but I didn’t like the jets, not enough presser, some times hard to balance the water and design of the jets don’t come close the sundance. If you want a tub that is easy to operate as far as, keeping water clean and balanced and has the jets – that will rock your world buy a «Sundance» The jets hit the right part of your body, you can adjust them from soft to blow you out of the water, presser. Which is what I like. John was a very helpful in finding the best fit for my husband and I. Yes, you must have 220 which might not work for everyone but it is well worth it. I’m going in the tub for the third time today. Service so far has been great!(if it’s a problem I will write about it.) Delivery was prefect and they had a long haul with four sweet guys.

Buying a hot tub is like buying a car, you end up negotiating on price and it’s not a small purchase. The bickering over price wasn’t fun and there was a bit of conflict over what options came at what cost, but in the end I got a reasonable deal. Delivery was very smooth even though the location I selected was anything but straightforward. Support for my spa has been great and I’ve been back a few times for chemicals and a filter. My experience with Sundance has been good overall and the spa I bought has been awesome.

I use Baqua, SunDance always has what I need on hand. Never waited for service, in and out no problem. Works for me.
