Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios

I really can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. I first started training with Sensei Jordan in 2003. I had previously taken classes at several other martial arts studios and had high expectations for the program. Sensei Jordan and all of his instructors at Z Ultimate are highly skilled and passionate teachers. They inspire you to work hard on your skills. The personalized instruction is a great addition to the group class format. My two teenagers love the program as well, and all the teachers here are fantastic with kids. I highly recommend them.

My son has been training for over ten years, the last six with the Z-​Ultimate family. We couldn’t be happier. He feels like his senseis know just how to motivate him, and because of the tremendous trust and rapport they have developed, he knows the staff supports his best efforts and personal growth. I see my son growing into a respectful, strong, disciplined young man due to the mentoring (both physical and mental) he has received at Z-​Ultimate. Plus it’s fun!

There is not enough words to praise Z-​Ultimate. I am proud parent of Purple belt. She started when she was 5 years old an loved it from the beginning. All the Sensei’s have the utmost training and knowledge that all the students can relate to the lessons been taught. I seen that all the instructors have their own connection to every student at the dojo. As for the owner Sensei Jordan is a loving person who gives all his attention to his student to achieve their utmost talent in karate. My daughter if she was able to live at the dojo that is how dedicated she is to all the instructors who have taught her. Z-​Ultimate Sensei’s you all Rock. Well, I am back to let you all know that my daughter is still going strong. She just earned her purple belt over the weekend, and I could not be more pleased. My daughter is never happier and more confident than she is when she is at the dojo. Her senseis have all been such supportive forces in her life. I cannot recommend Z’Ulitmate enough. My son KiAn has been at karate classes for several years at novato and finally we decided it to transfer him to Z ultimate martial arts in Terra Linda and he loves to go tohis cclasses, his improvement at self defense and confidence is great. KiAn loves his sansei and also the place is very clean, organize it and the classes are on time. We are very happy. I really recommended it

My wife and I have been training here going on 2 years. The instructors work hard to create a friendly zero attitude environment while still getting students to push themselves to achieve more. Self defense is physically demanding so proper and safe conditioning is equally important and stressed at this dojo. Classes are always fun and if our schedules would permit it we would be there almost every day. If you are looking for martial arts training, physical conditioning and a self defense mindset this is where you want to train

I have been a student for this Zultimate studio for about two years, and love every minute of it!
Being here I not only become a person with stronger body and soul, but also discovered the fun in martial arts. I’ve also got many friends, and love helping each other inside and outside of classes.

My entire family of 3 brothers and our dad started at Z-​Ultimate when I was 10. Now 23, the bonding experience that we shared amongst ourselves and the tight-​nit family of Z-​Ultimate has endured for many years. Being a student here I have first hand knowledge of how focused and determined the instructors are. They care about the student, and the family. Being a student here makes you part of the family.
From the way that they teach each student in an individual/​small group lesson to the large group classes, each is tailored to the student. You don’t feel left behind or out of place, everyone is friendly, talkative and welcoming. Definitely a place I recommend for people to come train whether they are a beginner or have prior training this is the place.
