When my psychiatrist was retiring, I think I called over 30 places to find the best match or even ok psychiatrist. I was very unlucky, spent money even on private one who was worse than any doctor I ever encountered, leaving me without medications and no psychiatrist. I got so lucky with Dr. Gould. He is extremely compassionate, intelligent, and willing to work with you. He was on top with everything: medications, getting in touch with my prior psychiatrist. Plus, I can see him pretty regularly and he doesn’t just see you for 15 minutes, he can do therapy too. I feel very comfortable with him, and he literally saved me! I highly recommend him!
