The consultation went well, installation and performance have been perfect.
I think we got a good deal and it was installed quickly.
I hardly ever give out 5of5.
Only issues to raise:
in the consultation, we didn’t talk about aesthetics of the roof install. Turns out its not a problem, but it could have been.
The sales rep took all kinds of information. It wasn’t clear to me that the installers were in possession of that information when they did the work. Only issue was the routing of the outside electrical conduit.
Consultant wasn’t really familiar with the PGE Net Electric Metering service combined with the Electric Vehicle rate plan, which is what I got. It makes the whole installation even better than anticipated.

I had the extremely fortunate experience of working with the Foster City office. From the sales rep (Patrick) to the folks in the office and the field staff, everyone was knowledgeable, patient and responsive. We had our system installed last Fall. Not only was it done in very quick fashion, it was a minimal disruption to the family. We have been reaping the benefits ever since. There are lot of solar companies to choose from and I interviewed quite a few. I had a good feeling about them from the beginning, trusted my instincts and haven’t looked back since. If you are looking for a «Complete Solar Solution», they are the ones to go to!
