I have been going to this dry cleaner for about 2 months now and it has been a good experience. I am able to get in and out quickly and they take good care of my clothes. Some of my shirts are very expensive and they always make sure not to damage any of them through the process. The prices are also very reasonable and they are friendly and prompt.

My family has been using this dry cleaners for years. They do great work, they are super friendly and their prices are comparable to others in the area. We also use them for alterations and they do a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dry cleaner in the San Ramon or Danville area.

Unbelievably awful. Just moved to the area and dropped a new $ 200 silk dress off that got 2 small stains on it. When I went to go pick it up, I noticed a big mark on it that hadn’t previously been there. When I asked the woman about it, she quickly said«that wasn’t us» without even looking at it. Very long story short, we went back and forth 10 times before she started yelling and screaming at me in a store full of customers. I thought she was going to blow a gasket. I kept my cool and asked for a refund. She then threw all of my husband’s clothes(that I had brought in) back at me and told me that I create too many problems. She went completely insane. It was almost laughable. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

After 10+ years going to this dry cleaner I can tell you I was always greeted with a smile, they always cleaned every single item to perfection, they never lost a single item and went above and beyond. Great alterations, sewed up buttons and clasps that were coming loose when I didn’t even ask them to, this is the best dry cleaner there is.

Owners are great. They’re very accommodating to my schedule and they even repaired a button for me at no charge. The owners now know me by name and always have a great attitude towards their customers… even the unruly ones who are being rude. A little on the pricey side, but they’re good people and the price is offset by the quick turnaround(they often can do an entire load of 6 – 8 shirts and 2 – 4 pants withing 24 or 48 hours)

I needed to get my wedding gown cleaned and had difficulty getting a price over the phone. Understandably, they would need to see the amount of beadwork, embroidery, and how soiled the garment is before they could agree on a price. However, I visited 3 – 4 other dry cleaners and when they saw my dress always quoted me at the top of their price range. They wanted several hundred dollars just to clean and press the dress(no preservation, just getting it to the point where it could be worn again). I went to Crow Canyon and was surprised at how low they quoted me! I was almost skeptical of the low price, but the woman working there was so nice I decided to give them a try. I picked up my dress yesterday, and it looks brand new! I had a moderate amount of stains on the dress(any brides who think a chocolate fountain is a good idea at your wedding, maybe you should re-think that) and they were ALL gone! The dress is immaculate, and for a great price! I will certainly use them again!

For the last few years, I’ve been on a desperate search for a dry cleaners that has reliable service with convenient hours. Hundreds-of-dollars worth of ruined clothes later, I’ve finally found everything that I’ve been looking for in a dry cleaners at Crow Canyon Dry Cleaners. First of all, the owners are SO nice. Cindy and her husband are helpful and really nice. I got lost the first time trying to find the place, and her husband helped me figure out where to go over the phone.(By the way, the place is closer to 7 – 11 on San Ramon Valley Blvd., not Valero, as Google Maps would have you think.) Cindy has also helped me out to my car when I had way too many items to carry. Like I said — SONICE! Secondly, I’ve dry cleaned all of my work pants, sweaters, cardigans, winter coats, blazers, and cocktail dresses here. Everything is in perfect condition and nothing is ruined. Yay! I’ve also had some jeans hemmed, some holes patched… all the tailoring has been absolutely fantastic. No complaints. Finally, their hours are definitely a plus. For someone who works on the peninsula, it’s a long drive back to the San Ramon /Danville area. I love that they are open just late enough for me to drop off and pick up without feeling rushed when I am stuck in traffic. It’s such a relief to find out that there are still good dry cleaners out there that actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend them if you’re on the market for some good dry cleaning and tailoring.

I love this cleaner! Cindy, the owner, runs the front counter and she is so friendly and helpful! And, she goes beyond the usual customer service you expect. Once, I turned in some of my husband’s pants that had a hole in them, which I didn’t know. Like most cleaners, they didn’t clean the pants because that’s standard practice(most customers don’t want to pay for cleaning items that they might not wear again). Instead of waiting for me to come in, she called me at home to let me know about the hole and I was able to ask her to patch the pants. Because of her call, I didn’t have to make two trips!
