I’ve been here twice now. Customer service has never wowed me but they are nice enough. I find it to be on the pricey side but then again it’s San Ramon and I’m from Livermore. I go to this location because it is convenient on my way home from work. Was a little annoyed today that I showed up at 5:40 and there was a sign up that said «be back in 5 minutes» however it was much longer than 5 minutes, I waited about 20 minutes before someone returned to the store. As I was waiting another customer had walked up with at least 10 shirts he wanted to get cleaned and after a couple of minutes of waiting he walked away angry and said he’s had problems with in the past with the store not being consistent with their hours posted. I understand the store is ran by one person but if they are going to leave they should post a sign saying when they left and a more realistic time of when they’ll be back. I almost gave up but I really needed the items I had cleaned for the next day. Turn around time has been good both times always done a day or two before scheduled and the text message alert is nice. My clothes have come out nice both times but I think I’m going to try somewhere else where customers are a little more of a focus.

I have not used this place in a while just due to moving into San Ramon but I did enjoy the couple of times I had when the new ownership took over. I was very pleased to receive a message regarding my frustration with the business hours from the new ownership but the review was about the previous ownership yet the new owner decided to mend the relationship anyway. I appreciate that, so now I will be taking my business back to give a hopefully permanent try. I do not mind driving the extra mile for a mom and pop that cares.

I came here because I had one week until my work holiday party and its located conveniently near my house. I was use to seeing a female there so she can help me with pinning my dress to see how short I want it. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there. The guy was kind enough to stay out of the store so my daughter can help me pin it. I picked my dress up the next day and it was terrible! My dress had a whole in it and the thread was coming out on the bottom and side of dress. Messy work! The guy asked maybe I tried to fit in the dress and it ripped!!! That’s not great customer service! He ended up apologizing and said he will make it right and to come back the next day. Got it back and it was perfect. Would I go back? No because it is expensive and I’m afraid they will mess up again.

Great service and quality. Had dry cleaning and aktetations ladt week. Both services were done at highest satisfaction…

First time using this dry cleaner. And this will be the last time. They don’t take credit cards because they don’t want to pay the fee. So I had to go back out and get cash for my dry cleaning. And on top of that they are very expensive. Now I understand, even though they are close and convenient there not the best.

Superb alterations on my formal gown I wore to my husband’s Christmas party. My gown had to be taken in on the sides and length. They were able to match the design perfectly! The gown was finished in a few days… Just in time for the party! Can’t be any happier. Alex and Diana were very professional and also super nice folks. Diana was a tailor for Neiman Marcus for many years.

Excellent service. We went in for alterations for brides maid dresses. I thought the prices were very reasonable and all 4 dresses were done in a few days, and done right. We’ll be back!

Review is for alterations.
The owner (or wife of) is a nice lady. She took the time to measure my inseam prior to making the alteration to my pants/​jeans. However, she makes alterations to the way she thinks something should fit rather than what the client wants.
First time she left me about 2 inches too short.
Second and third time I told her I want the bottoms to touch the ground and she still left me about ½ inch too short.
Gave them a few chances because I was trying to support local business. Silly me. Now I’m left with some bottoms that’ll come in handy if there’s a flood.

Brought in a shirt to have altered, it was done quickly and efficiently, for 15 bucks. There were some strings hanging off, which could have been trimmed so it didn’t look quite so hand done.

They’re our go-​to spot for any dry cleaning or laundering needs. Also, they do superb work in dress shirt alterations. My fiancé has had multiple dress shirts brought down in size to fit his frame, and the shirts came back looking brand new and perfectly fit. I’m eager to bring my dresses in to have tailored as well in the near future.
