Rude and weird experience! Find it hard to take the other positive reviews seriously.
Went to ask about pricing for various items of dry cleaning and laundry. The woman acted annoyed that I wanted to know. I told her that we were new in town and we were looking to decide on a cleaners. After grudgingly giving me the prices for a couple of items — pants and shirts, — she said that she wasn’t going to give me any more! I told her I wanted the prices of dress and blouse cleaning to share with my spouse, but she grumbled that we had «too many» types of clothes!
Definitely didn’t seem interested in getting our business. In contrast, all the other San Ramon cleaners nearby were more than wiling to share pricing — and with a smile :-)

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only was the quality of work terrible, the woman that runs this place was a nightmare. Let’s just say that she ruined two of my shirts and then had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for bringing my shirts to them!!! Who does that??? She went so crazy when I complained I ended up calling the cops on this lady. I should have known taking my shirts there were going to be bad news… This was the only time I have ever taken clothes to this place and when this woman asked me where do I usually go, she proceeded to fabricate some story about how bad that other business was. Do not go to this place… You will regret it.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. Not only is the service the worst I’ve ever had, but their work was shotty at best. My clothes came back more stains than when I brought them in. The owner was unhelpful and EXTREMELY rude. Suffice it to say that they will never get my business again. Buyer beware!!!

Worst dry cleaner. They stained my new silk shirt. Did not clean my husbands shirt well and when we complained she argued it was a body stain. I’m sorry but you don’t have body stains all over the shirt including the cuffs. She was not apologetic. Regret going here.

I woundn’t trust my dry cleaning needs to anyone else! When I walk through the door the owner remembers my name and has a big, welcoming smile on her face… She’s so sweet and the turn around time it awesome!!! I think that’s great. I’ve also had several things altered there as well :) She is fast and efficient

I wish i could give 0 stars. She is soooo rude. She lost my shirt and gave me someone else’s shirt. When I went back to her shop, she says I don’t know who’s mistake it is. Are you sure this is not your shirt?
Why would I go back and return. My own shirt? She wasn’t even sorry and won’t take responsibility of it. She kept saying that this must be my mistake!!!
Don’t go there… I know I never will.

This is a quality Cleaner’s, with wonderful turnaround time and friendly service. People from the town it operates in (San Ramon) have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service here. I wouldn’t trust my fine clothes to anyone else!

$ 65 for a dress and jacket?!! And we’re not talking fancy schmancy, just basic stuff. Ha! I don’t think so.
I also love how there are no prices posted anywhere. I swear the woman who works there makes numbers up. She didn’t tell me the cost, just shoved the items in a bin, smiled, and told me to come back in five days. When I walked to the car, I noticed the high price on the hand-written receipt, walked back to the Cleaners, and asked her to clarify the pricing. She got angry and defensive. She wasn’t able to provide a break down. She told me she offered the BEST prices in all of San Ramon, and I’d be sorry if I left.
I politely asked to get my clothes back. She gave me the dirtiest look and shoved my dress and coat to my face.
I went to another cleaners and got them both done for $ 15.
Great place if you want to pay premium prices for basic dry cleaning.
