Mark came out to do a structural evaluation of my home. He was very thorough and gave very practical advice on our issues. He could have charged more for additional services very easily but explained why it would be prudent to do something else. He also discovered a gas leak which could have turned into something far worse. He was prompt, professional, honest and very knowledgable. I wish all service providers went about their business like Mark.

When I started selling real estate 3 years ago, I was introduced to Mark and he did the home inspection for one of my first clients. 3 years later I recommend Mark to all of my Buyers and Sellers as the person they want to complete their home inspection. Not only is Mark extremely thorough in his investigation of the property, but he is also the best at walking my clients through the property so they understand what they are buying or selling. My clients are always very grateful to me for having recommended Mark and that makes me feel very fortunate that I found him early in my career. Mark was referred to us by our real estate agent to inspect a home we were purchasing. It could not have been a better experience. Mark was thorough, professional, personable and gave detailed explanations of what he found. He also educated us on why the items on his list needed to be fixed (e.g. safety concern, change in California codes, etc). Because this is our first home, our fathers came by to give their own two sense (since they watch so much HGTV)…Mark was patient and kind with their questions. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone.

I didn’t need a home inspection for the purchase of my new home, however it was in my best interest to have one considering the age of my house. Mark with Home Integrity came highly recommended by my cousin who recently used him. HE WAS AMAZING!!! The inspection was THOROUGH! His report was easy to read and organized. So well, i actually am using it as a guide to all the repairs and upgrades I want to make on my home. He includes pictures and even some literature on why the problems occur and what some remedies could be! Mark did a wonderful job in inspecting our prospective home. He was prompt, professional, knowledgable, personable, and affordable! The report he prepared for us (delivered the next day) was impressively exhaustive, clear to read, with concise communication of issues, estimates, and advice. In any instance where Mark felt deeper inspection was advisable, he recommended specialty inspectors that were also terrific. I would certainly enlist Mark and Home Integrity again in the future!

Very good home inspection of my resale home in San Ramon.
He was very carefully and pointed out all the critical components of the home. I didn’t see he missed anything big after we moved in.
He doesn’t point landscaping or cosmetic issues though but if it’s important he will find it.
Highly recommended and would use him again for future purchases.

I was contemplating on home inspections for the last month or so. and decided. well, if I am investing on somewhat a lifetime of payments, I better make sure I am paying for something that at least won’t give me a lifetime of grief from the start.
Mark is very knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me some structural areas to be familiar with and to look out for, shut-​off valves in case of emergencies and to the small details like knobs and drains that need repairs.
I work in healthcare and when you start your work in a new hospital, you get an orientation so you are able to know what, where and how you can utilize everything you need and to know and that you would say «hey this hospital is great! I wanna work here!». Having Home Integrity LLC to «orient’ me on a new home, made me more aware what to look out for, what to have the builder fix/​repair before closing escrow and to finally be able to make an informed decision if I do want the home…
There are some DIY, but with home inspections… you need professionals like Mark with home Integrity.
I am pretty impressed by his work, even with the report that is an actual checklist with pictures and comments. THANKS!!!
