Good place, stop by here for my daily needs, they got a mini market which can be useful at times and the cashier is really nice, would recommend ¹⁰⁄₁₀

This is a great place, I am a frequent customer here because of how nice the workers are. They always talk to me and my friends, and they will sometimes even give us a discount. They always have good shows playing on the T. V if your bored while waiting in line. I highly suggest that you go here, top notch service.

The guy not sure what he is, is always a rude. Not sure if he is Asian middle eastern or what. I don’t expect you to be perky but no need to be a jerk for no reason, Not going to give a cent to this place again as its been almost every time this has happened when I have come in here. I walked in and no one was there, I kept saying hello for like 4 minutes. No stores in the area so I was going to wait it out. Then he comes out looking pissed. I was not yelling I was simply saying, «hello anyone here.» I bought $ 5 worth of lottery tickets and when I got home I found out a few hours after looking he only gave me $ 4 lottery tickets. Went back and another guy was at the counter, so I had to buy another ticket. On top of it the cashiers seem to watch the TV that is in front of them and barely pay attention to their cashiers. Your job is not that hard that you can not take your attention off the tube to ring up a customer. Lazy asses!

A nice location to drop by and get liquor, candy, drinks, and your lucky lottery ticket. It’s been in business for as long as I could remember, probably over 7 years. Same employees all those years, but they’re quite quiet to most.

i didn’t actually step foot inside here, but the fiancé did… he emerged victorious on XMas afternoon not only with 5hr energy drinks, but a coveted 6pk of Lagunitas Brown Sugga! who knew… we’d been looking all over for it but most bevmo’s are long sold out of this delicious beer. may have to check this place out more often when it comes down to looking for good beers, and it’s right by my future mother in law’s, even better woo!

Wow. Called to see if they carried Sherry. The guy who answered the phone barely spoke understandable english, and had no idea what sherry was. I was told I’d have to come in and look for myself. Reeeally? How can someone at a liquor store not know what sherry is?

jay vee liquors is the place to get that little something you forgot to get the first time you went to the store. for the past 5 years i have been lucky enough to live just down the street from this great little market. every time i come in they greet me with smiles and they are always watching tv, usually they tend to get caught up in reality shows. they have a large selection of wines and they always keep my jagermeister stocked and chilled. it’s also a great place to find that one thing you forgot to get at the store from sour cream to tomato sauce. sure i tend to usually buy the things i really don’t need because they really have alot to offer. whether it’s lottery tickets, ice cream bars or even to make copies i’ve been there!
seems that they have some ownership changes going on. i really hope that things stay the same or i’m gonna have to make several trips to nob hill. i’ll just have to keep my fingers crossed.
