We just used Jeff to refinance three residential properties simultaneously, and he did a fabulous job for us on all of them. Our recent financial background posed some obstacles and some complexities in terms of how to approach our refinances. Jeff was very creative and solution oriented in finding the best way to refinance our properties. He managed to get us very good rates on all three, on a very aggressive timeline. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and personable, as was his assistant Brandi. They were both very responsive, returning calls and emails very promptly. My agent was nervous that I was choosing not to work with her preferred broker. But Jeff came by us through a very good friend whose family has used his services for 20+ years. They love him, so we bit. In the end, our agent even mentioned to us how professional and fast he is. She is right — Jeff and his team are extremely professional, efficient, attentive, true to their word, trustworthy, and easy on us first-​time homeowners (ie. I was very comfortable asking him for clarification on MANY items). I’ve made several phone calls to him at 9 o’clock in the evening. He responds to my emails within an hour (usually minutes!). He got us a fantastic rate with no points. Not to mention, his fees are extremely competitive. My husband and I felt like we were his only clients. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.
